Excellent service from first call to dealership visit

From the first call to come and test drive a particular car we had found, to the visit and the purchase at the dealership, we were treated warmly and with such an "at ease" relationship with our contact, Bill Winslow. The experience was one of the best we have experienced in purchasing an automobile.

RBM Of Alpharetta - Excellent Service

RBM of Alpharetta - Dan Berry and David Wang Purchased a 2016 C300W on Saturday October 22, 2016. Both Dan and David provided excellent service with helping me make my decision on my second purchase at RBM. The Financials services, warranties and maintenance services were explained by the Financial manager. I would recommend both Sales men to my friends and family. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Third purchase with Andy

This is the third vehicle bought from Andy Sayers and the team at RBM of Alpharetta, and my wife is not the easiest to please, but Andy always comes through for use, he is the best! We will be buying number four from him for sure! Great job thanks Andy!

RBM and Bill Favini - Excellence

This is my 2nd experience and purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. My Sales Associate Bill Favini was superb, super knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to educate me on each vehicle in the search criteria. Bill took his time and did not rush me to a decision which was difficult as there were several vehicles that were on my list. We finally decided on a C250 and is was delivered quickly and before leaving I was given personal instruction on all of the features of the vehicle. Everything was perfect from sales to finance to driving away very pleased and excited to have my new Mercedes. I absolutely recommend Bill and the RBM dealership for anyone looking to be treated with respect and courtesy during the typically punishing process of purchasing an automobile. Thank you Bill!!!

Great easy experience

We purchased a vehicle that is a new model so there are very few available. Bill Winslow spent considerable time searching the country for something that matched our want list. He found what we wanted and pulled some strings to get it to us. Bill is not pushy but will give advice and opinions. He is super friendly and easy going. In fact everyone at this location has been terrific. Our last vehicle was from BMW and they were the opposite. No more BMW's for us. We are sold on Mercedes, RBM of Alpharetta and Bill.
