Buying our first Mercedes

Schaefer Cheek made our experience a pleasure. He was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to all our needs and questions. His no-pressure style made our purchase a joy not a pain. Absolutely Fabulous and Unbelievable Experience

My experience at RBM of Alpharetta with Dan Berry, Neil Turry, and Lisa Brennan was Absolutely Fabulous! This was my 3rd time buying a Mercedes- Benz at RBM and Dan was/is the perfect salesman. I've worked with Dan from the service department to sales, and he has always been above board with any and all of my MB concerns and issues. I have called Dan on vacation and he returned calls even on his days off, I will always look to him for support. During my last purchase, the Dream Team (Dan, Neil, and Lisa) worked thru the new automobile, trade, and paper work effortlessly, no fuss, no stress. I was beginning to think there was an issue when Dan said "Congratulations" for the 3rd time. My response .... Unbelievable! I love my my MB, and I am not looking to do business with the Dream Team for a while, but I recommend this particular team to anyone wanting an Unbelievable Dream Team Experience. RHM

"Great experience"

I went to a couple of dealerships before I came to RBM. I'm glad I drove all the way to Alpharetta because Mr. Wynn was very nice and helpful and he made the purchasing experience of my E 350 a very pleasant one!

Test Drive and Purchase

Sales person was knowledgeable, patient,and allowed us time to make our decision. He followed up at appropriate intervals. The dealership is very clean, comfortable, and well done.

Satisfaction & Professionalism

My wife and I just purchased one of the new Mercedes Metris Van Conversions by Explorer. Our experience with RBM and with Sheaffer were very professional and successful. Having owned Explorer conversion vans in the past we were anxious to add the quality of Mercedes with that of Explorer for our next vehicle. Sheaffer aided us in doing just that. Additionally, the entire staff we met were pleasant to deal with and the financial closing was short and to the point. In short, the people I dealt with at RBM were all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to talk with throughout our buying experience. I look forward to satisfying customer/dealer relationship in the years ahead.

Best & easiest experience in buying a car

It is always a pleasure in dealing with David Wang. He makes buying a car a hassle free experience which is not always the case!! I have been dealing with this branch & David, for many years & hopefully for many more to come.

Great car buying experience with Reza

I had a great car buying experience at RBM of Alpharetta. I spoke to Reza on the phone a few times before coming in to look at cars. He was helpful, attentive and very accommodating as I examined and researched multiple vehicles, and he let me take as much time as I needed test driving several of the vehicles. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful as well. Once I made a decision about which vehicle I was purchasing, the process was quick and efficient. My total car search lasted about a month and I visited at least a half dozen dealerships during the time. RBM of Alpharetta and Reza were above and beyond the other dealerships on all levels, especially in customer service.

Excellent experience from beginning to end

Consumers these days are inundated with so much information it is difficult to decipher. Working with someone like Warren is invaluable in helping to separate what is important from all the noise. Warren is someone who is so courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, that I will remember him the next time I need a car and would contact him first regardless of what my needs are. I truly felt that Warren cared more about my satisfaction than he did selling a car. He took all the time I needed to show me the car, throughout two test drives. I'm really glad I ended up purchasing a car from him, because I would have felt awful to not give him my business after how helpful he was!

My new GLK350

Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta and our entire experience was fantastic. I found the exact car I was looking for and for the price I wanted. There was no haggling. Kyle was very straight forward and upfront. He was not pushy which is a huge turn off for me. I would have walked out the door if I felt that way. It is unfortunate that not all dealerships are like this. RMB has made the experience so easy and stressless that I will never buy a car anywhere else. I will not only refer RMB to other people but I will also send them to Kyle Edson.

GLK 350
