I bought a E350 Luxury car

I am in the market to buy an 2014 E350 Luxury car! I wanted lredium Silver color plus it fully loaded! It took 2 months, the saless manager and Bill found a car of my dream for me! They did everything as they promised me! My experience buying the car at RBM Alpharetta and Bill Winslow was a good one! He help me to get the car of my dream! He is a great saleman!;I would recommend him to any of my friends and all the future customers! Thank you RBM and Bill Winslow! I really love my car!

Very Professional Staff and Fun Positive Experience

We were very happy to buy a Mercedes SUV that met our needs and has extra options. David Wang was our sales rep. We looked at many other SUVs and we chose Mercedes because of quality and comfort. David Wang made the process easy with our trade in and fun to meet with him and discuss the options for our purchase. We are happy to have our first Mercedes and David Wang was a pleasure to work with. We will be lifetime Mercedes owners now and recommend RBM of Alpharetta to everyone we know. They have a big selection and price ranges for everyone to own a quality Mercedes vehicle.

Great purchase with a knowledgeable salesman.

I looked at a lot of vehicles before my purchase And I knew more about the vehicles than the salesman. I went to rbm having an experience a couple of years ago with Fabian Tarfur I did not purchase a car from rbm at that time but was still treated as if I had . I called Fabian again and met him by just dropping by he showed a van but was expecting a confirmed appointment but still made time to show me a van and then introduced me to Shaeffer who was just as courteous and unbelievably knowledgeable about the van . In short I got everything I wanted at a better price than I expected which tells me that the customer's need was put at the highest priority in the deal very rare these days . In closing I will be purchasing another vehicle shortly and will look no further than RBM .

David Wang was an excellent salesman very knowledgable and m

Dealership overall has everything to close the sale the same day in couple hours, they had the car we wanted, the salesman was knowledgable and the financial officer was very effibient, total of two and a half hour we could finalize purchase.

Our first ever Red Carpet Treatment

RBM of Alpharetta and our salesman, Dan Berry completely changed our thought process, turning our dreaded previous car buying experiences to one we will remember as a "Red Carpet Treatment." It was our first purchase of a Mercedes and can assure you it will not be our last!

We Got The Red Carpet Treatment!

My husband and I are still astounded at the "Red Caroet Treatmeny" we received at purchasing our first Mercedes at RBM of Alpharetta. From the time we met our salesman, Dan Berry and previewed the car, took it for a test drive, sat down to make the deal, all the way through signing the final document to complete the sale, we can only say one word.....professionalism! We would totally recommend RBM of Alpharetta and Dan Berry.

Best Customer Service

I had a fantastic buying experience at RBM. I went online and found a few cars before talking to Reza. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. RBM has the best customer service I have experienced bar none. If you are looking for a new or used Mercedes, this is the place to go.

Welcome to the Family!

Ron (Diane and Lisa Brennan) were absolutely amazing. They listened to my wants and needs and took great care of me. Ron Delvalle spent an entire day with me. We narrowed down my choice after driving three types of cars and then we walked the entire lot and found the perfect car me.
