I recently purchased a vehicle from Bill Winslow at RBM Alpharetta. He was absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. Bill treats all of his customers equally as important regardless of the price of the vehicle; Every deal is important to him. Bill worked hard for my business and I'm so glad he did. Tom in finance was amazing as well ~ no upselling or fast moves pulled. Everything was easy and straight forward. As a matter of fact, Tom was able to provide me even better terms than originally quoted. Impressive! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I gave the car to my husband for a Father's Day gift and he couldn't be happier! I even sent Bill a photo so he could share in my hubby's joyful day. Excellent Experience
I will have to say that purchasing a car from RBM was an excellent experience! My wife & I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and stopped by RBM while we were in the area. We were greeted warmly, then introduced to Vadim, our sales consultant who was so easy to work with. He asked a lot of questions to match us with the vehicle that met our needs & most professional. He pointed out important features of the vehicle and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and never pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership & Vadim!

Needle in a Sprinter-stack
I had been searching for months for the right sprinter for us. Nothing super fancy, just pretty specific. I had contacted dealers all over the country trying to find something on the lot that I could pickup, instead of build to order and wait. I ended up calling Andy on a Friday, and he had found the van we were looking for by Monday. We went through the purchase process just 6 days later. Super smooth! The purchase process probably took 25min total, but my wife and I ended up staying and chatting, looking at other cars for another 2 hours. I only wish we lived closer so we could swing by from time to time!

Treated us like we were family
Is it strange to say that it was actually stress free buying a car? I found a car online and I was paired with Vadim, who handled my sale. I originally came in interested in another vehicle, but ended up on my own upgrading to another model, with no pressure from Vadim. He patiently showed my both of my options after spending a lot time showing me the first vehicle. He even parked them side by side so I could visual compare the two. He worked up financing options for both and offered me a reasonable amount for my trade. Even though I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, I still felt like I was valued and important. The manager even ran after us to make sure he shook our hands and chatted with us before I drove my car off the red carpet! Top notch. Wouldn't buy a Mercedes from anyone else. My second purchase from RBM and I am reminded why!

Unexpectedly Good EXperience
We went to RBM of Alpharetta expecting the usual car dealership experience which is not good. Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta and our experience was wonderful. WE found two cars that met our specifications and Kyle patiently showed us both car and allowed us time to make the right decision. Kyle was very straight forward and upfront during the entire transaction.. He was not pushy or glib which is a huge turn off for us. .. RMB and Kyle made the experience easy and the followup was excellent. The car was a 2015 and needed a few minor tweaks which were well done in a timely manner. We will not only refer RMB to other people but also to Kyle Edson, a real professional.

RBM is Awesome!! Ask for Fabian!!
It was time to replace my old 2006 280SLK and start looking for something new!! I came to RBM of Alpharetta and found exactly what I wanted. Fabian helped me through the entire process of buying the car and was absolutely wonderful. He showed me the car, let me test drive it, and was able to help me get a great deal. I took my time (almost a week) to make my decision and Fabian was never pushy and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He has even continued to follow-up with me after I purchased the car to make sure that I receive my owners manual and to make sure that I have everything that I need from RBM and am completely satisfied with both my car & their service. Everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and am glad that I came to RBM of Alpharetta.
