Great Service!

I bought my first Mercedes Benz today at RBM of Alpharetta. I drove about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have been corresponding with Ramona for several days before the purchase. She is a wonderful salesperson and very kind. She listened to what wanted in a car and gave me several options. I never felt pressured to make the deal as I have with other dealerships. Did I mention that I'm a single woman buying a car by myself. She made me feel comfortable yet informed. She reviewed each car in detail and I never felt rushed. After working out the deal, she made sure I was ok with the terms. Diane was also wonderful, she showed me all of the features of the car (I call only remember to leave the lights alone, LOL). Lisa in finance walked me through all of the paperwork and was friendly and kind. Neil, one of the managers, came in and welcomed me to Mercedes Benz family. If you are thinking of buying a car, please go and see Ramona! RBM of Alpharetta gave me a wonderful experience.

These Folks Understand Customer Service!

We had the most amazing experience purchasing a new car from Bill and the folks at RBM of Alpharetta. My wife and I drove to the dealership to window shop a bit. We left with a new car! Zero buyers remorse here. The folks at RBM made us feel right at home by taking good care of us, not being overly salesy and making the deal work perfectly for us. We won't buy a car from here on out anywhere else.

Couldn't be happier!

This was the first time I have bought a car of my own and it was turning into a very miserable process, until I came to RBM of Alpharetta! Reza was so straightforward and helpful. Within a week of finding this dealership and meeting Reza I bought my first car! Could not have been happier with their service!

First class organization

David Ellis, My name is Andy Kalin and I wanted to let you know that your organization and my deal, on Saturday 02/13/2016 are simply first class. In particular Bill Favini is such a fine, knowledgable and a gentleman. I have been in the dealership several times in the last two years and never made a Mercedes purchase. Fortunately I had befriended Bill Favini who was always kind and reassuring regardless of purchasing or not. Saturday I finally got smart and made a purchase which was first class. From Bill Favini to Tom Ahern to Pam Ciccateri all were so professional yet friendly and approachable. Great experience again!

We have purchase Mercedes from RBM for over 30 yrs . Derrick Wynn found us a 2013 GLK350 that fit our needs in price , comfort, and style. Derrick is courteous ,knowledgeable and perceptive to our special needs as seniors. We were pleased with the excellent service from all the personnel that helped us through the purchasing process..A special treat was talking with Don Moore( Sales Manager) who sold us several Mercedes at RBM 30 some years ago. Quick and easy

I was in the market for a specific Mercedes. I called up the dealership and Ramona initially helped get the ball rolling. I told them what I wanted to put as my down payment, the interest rate I preferred, and they were able to get it all at an appropriate rate/price. The best part was that since I live out of state, they made the process extra simple. Fabian finished out the process with Sharon in financing explained the money part. This dealership is absolutely great and the people that work here are super knowledgeable and nice. I am very happy with my experience and even more excited with my car! Thanks for everything RBM!!!

Great experience

Bill Winslow assisted me with purchasing and shipping a car to me in another city. Bill stayed in touch throughout the process and has followed up several times to see how the car is performing. Excellent experience.

AAA Awesome

Dealer was awesome in helping me find the right vehicle. Ask for Derrick Wynn!!! He was very supportive in making sure I got exactly what I wanted and for a decent price. My purchase was smooth with no hassle. It was also a quick but thorough process. Kudos to this dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Nothing but the best.

At RBM Alpharetta they took the time to understand what we were looking for and patiently and wisely presented suggestions and options so we can make an informed decision. They provided freedom so we can go to other places and make our own research without pushing or any aggressive tactics. By the day we returned (un-announced) and explained what we specifically wanted, they made it happen on the same day. This is possible thanks to a trustworthy, high performing team, a large and diverse stock and a tremendous customer oriented culture. Demonstrating a customer why they are important and treating them with a true sense of priority is not common these days, at RBM Alpharetta appears to be the core of all they do.
