Five Star car buying experience

This week I purchased my second Mercedes Benz vehicle from Bill Favini and RBM of Alpharetta. Bill and the entire RBM team makes the buying experience a breeze and actually a lot of fun. I previously purchased the ML350 from Bill and this time I went for the smaller fully loaded sporty 2016 GLA250 in night black. I'm really having a blast driving my new GLA! I love the Mercedes product as this is my 6th Mercedes Benz (the others were owned when my husband and I and our daughters lived in the south of Germany).

Highly recommended!

Just bought an SL550 from Fabian & highly recommend him to handle your purchase. Fabian provided a lot of insight to the various models I was considering. Definitely one of the better auto buying experiences I've had in a long time. All of the folks were great!

Great Experience!

My purchase experience was very easy and personable. Ramona Razavi was prompt in answering my questions and had the vehicle ready and on time. She went above the call of duty! I also received assistance from Ron and Neil the sales manager. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Wish I could buy another!

I was not looking forward to going to the dealership when they were open because of the "zombie" employees I have encountered and read about so many times. I met Andy Sayers about 2 years ago. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of his product and no pressure mannerism. His follow up was the same; no pressure, no repeated calls or emails, just an assurance that he was available at my convenience and would help me with the car buying process when I was ready. That time came last week, Andy remembered me, I could not have asked for a nicer no stress experience. I went to RBM Alpharetta to "look" but came home with a beautiful new car thanks to Andy Sayers and Sharon Thompson. No hassle, no haggle, car buying the way it should be, with the right people along the way! Thank you Andy and Sharon, I will recommend you to my friends and family!

Another Great Experience

Last week we purchased our second car from RBM of Alpharetta with the same salesman, David Wang. No pressure purchasing, no haggling , get in and get out. My husband and I love the way they run their store. The place is alway spotless and inviting. Thanks David for find the car I was hoping for!

Bought GLC 300 Car

My experience with RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona as sales person was excellent, she is excellent and good communicator and explained all feature in detail. She is very cooperative and and very calm and provide the best rate. Thanks for everything RBM!!!

Best buying experience ever

I recently purchased a 2011 ML350 at RBM. My sales person David Wang was awesome to work with. I hate buying a car but he made it so easy. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Mercedes. I would highly recommend RBM and David when you are in the market for a new car. They are fantastic

Great Experience

I had a great experience at RBM. Bill was a class act and Derrick was very honest and forthcoming. I was recommended this location from a friend and I made the drive even though I live in Atlanta. It is well worth the trip for superior service, quality, and competitive prices.
