Andy was very pleasant, thorough and did not pressure me on my vehicle choice. He followed up with me to ensure that my experience met my satisfaction. Overall it was a pleasant no pressure buying experience .

Great Experience

My wife and I went to the dealership to learn about the C class models that we were thinking of buying, and about a certified pre-owned finance program - We were not planning on buying a car that day. Our salesman was Andy Sayers. He was very knowledgeable about details on both the car and the offer. He also offered some great insight and recommendations on the in service date, and service work that was done to the car that we had not considered. As a result of his feedback we purchased a different car than what we had been looking at. I believe the car we purchased was a better car and deal for us due to Andy helping us look at some meaningful information. My wife and I both thought this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend dealing with Andy, and RMB. We are very pleased with our purchase, and think we will really enjoy the car we selected.

First class experience -- Fabian was great

We walked in just "to look" and went home with our 3rd RBM car. Fabian was terrific -- all questions answered and requests completed; he was knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic! All in all, the experience was great -- first class -- we will come back in a few years for car #4.

Fabian is "The Bomb"

Excellent experience at RBM of Alpharetta. Fabian was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in every aspect. We couldn't be happier with our experience from start to finish. We always dread the whole car buying process, but this time was completely different. I would highly recommend this dealership, and this salesman in particular. I have no doubt that he will be just a phone call away if I have any questions or need assistance with my new car. The whole experience was first class, and we felt appreciated and valued as customers.

Phenomenal experience

I want to thank Derrick Wynn and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta. Back in January, I had been looking for a GLK 350 and went to many luxury dealerships such as MLM, Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and the customers lacked as well as communication. I looked online on Jan 7, 2016 and found the vehicle I was looking for and the very next day Derrick Wynn called me. He was very professional and customer service was outstanding. Derrick called me back after getting everything taking care of and asked me when do I want to come pick up my car!!! With the help of Derrick and his team I purchased my car within less than 24hrs. He has been hands on with follow-up calls and all ever since the purchase. I personally met the finance manager and sales manager who were also phenomenal. This is my 1st time purchasing a Mercedes and this definitely won't be my last. I have told many of my friends about my experience. I LOVE RMB!!

Excellent buying experience!!!!!!!

It is not very often that one can say that their car buying experience was excellent. It was definitely due to the expertise, extensive knowledge and professionalism from Dan Berry. The process was seamless. We felt like family. I have always had my car serviced at RBM but now my conversations herald how I was treated as a buyer.

Great job by Bill Winslow...and Teresa in service.

As a Smart car owner, Alpharetta RBM has been servicing my car for the last few years. But due to an unfortunate accident, I had to replace my car. I immediately thought of Apharetta RBM because of the excellent service and great job by Teresa, my service advisor. That's when and how I met Bill Winslow. Bill was equally as professional and responsive to my needs. So because of the excellence by Bill & Teresa, I now own another new Smart car.

Reza Azizi and RBM are outstanding

I have been buying cars for 30 years and have had over 50 different vehicles and this purchase was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. The RBM dealership is beautiful outside and in, and my salesman Reza Azizi was a true pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call. He had very quick responses to my questions, great email communication, and overall excellent service. Sharon in finance was also a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I will look first at RBM and talk with Reza before I make any future purchases.
