Great Mercedes buying experience!

It was great working Vadim Rusu our Sales Consultant and other support staff at RBM of Alpharetta while buying our GLC300 SUV. It was a breeze going through entire process and it was quick. Vadim was very patient with us. We will highly recommend to check this place out for your next Mercedes purchase

Superb Exoerience

I came in to help a family member purchase a car and walked out incredibly impressed. We might have been buying the least expensive (non-Mercedes) used car on the lot, but we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive. We especially appreciated David Wang's constant communication over the weekend. Their finance department was able to work magic in a very difficult credit situation. Thank you!

Great Experience buying our first Mercedes 2016 GLC300!

It was great working with Vadim Rusu at RMB of Alpharetta. It was our first Mercedes and he was very patient with us, explained different features, pros, cons etc and made us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this place for new buyers! Not to mention the vehicles are great too!

Efficient Effective & Realistice

After spending several days off & on with another Mercedes dealer and GETTING NOWHERE, I scheduled an appointment with Ron. He was waiting when I arrived, a positive verses another dealer. Within 60 minutes, we worked out a win/win for all parties. Lisa Brennan handled financial portion of the transaction professionally, including her response to my changing the entire documents twice. They are extremely efficient. I have and will continue to recommend RBM of Alpharetta to those looking for a Mercedes.

Best buying experience ever !!!

After 2 months of research and test driving SUV vehicles, today I picked up my GL63 AMG from RBM of Alpharetta. I worked with David W through my decision making process and numerous test drives to help me decide on what was right for me. What a great experience it has been working with RBM. Professional, courteous, reasonable and very patient with me. Terrific communication and terrific customer service every time I visited. When I made up my mind on which way to go, the vehicle I chose is terrific but the the manner in which I was treated each step of the way was the real deal closer. Great car buying experience

I really was dreading shopping for a new car but I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience working with Vadim at RBM. Vadim was extremely knowledgeable and didn't use any sales tactics to try to pressure us into a decision. Being in sales myself I appreciate the facts and that's pretty much all I'm interested in. We test drove the car Saturday, went and drove two other cars the same day and were back at RBM by 5:30 to make the purchase. We had the car certified so we knew it would take a few days but we actually took ownership earlier than promised which was a nice surprise. The sales manager Neil thanked us several times for choosing RBM and we appreciated that he took the time to introduce himself and make sure we had been well taken care of. Sharon and Diane were great as well - really a first rate group of people. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Vadim and team for anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Exceptional Service

Recently, I began looking for a new car. I knew I wanted to upgrade to a high performance vehicle so I began my search at RBM of Alpharetta, and my search ended there. I had the pleasure of working with Dan Berry, who went the extra mile to find the right car for me. He was very patient, answered all my questions and has continued to be present with me long after the sale. Dan not only sold me my car, he sold the Mercedes experience. I feel like this is the beginning of a long, win-win, relationship with Mercedes-Benz. Thank you RBM of Alpharetta, and Thank you again, Dan Berry.

Great first impression!

My first impression was over the internet. When I made my initial inquiry to RBM, I was promptly greeted by Ramona Razavi. Since I was somewhat undecided about which vehicle that I wanted, Ramona proactively found some options for my needs which exceeded my expectations as other dealerships did not go to level Ramona did. She invited me to RBM and I was very impressed in the way I was greeted from when I walked in, loved the showroom, and the attentiveness Ramona provided to me. I now own a beautiful ML 350. Thank you Ramona and RBM!!

RBM of Alpharetta was great!

My experience at this dealership was very positive. It was my first "luxury" car purchase so I was a bit nervous but Bill Winslow answered all my questions and was a very helpful person throughout the process. Honest and courteous the whole time. Very professional in everything they do. Highly recommended dealership and go see Bill Winslow!
