Fantastic experiance with RBM of Alpharetta

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the RBM team. We purchased our 1st Mercedes last week and were extremely impressed with the way we were treated from the minute we walked in the dealership. George Timmes was our sales representative and made our new vehicle experience most enjoyable. Absolutely no pressure!!! We thank the RBM team for such a great experience buying a new vehicle!!

George Timmes is the best!!

We needed to buy a vehicle before the end of the year for tax purposes so we visited RBM of Alpharetta and began looking at a used ML350. George Timmes was the salesperson who greeted us on the lot right before the dealership was closing for the night and gave us some good information then we test drove one. We returned Monday and test drove a couple others and looked at the inventory then became interested in one that was on the showroom floor, so George gave us the incentive information then we switched our interest in the new ML350. Throughout the process, we changed our minds several times and visited four different times! During this time of uncertainty, George was so good at responding to our every question/concern via email, text, and phone calls! He was professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable, very willing to go any direction we wanted, supportive and extremely helpful, and most important he was not a high pressure salesperson! If it weren't for George we may have decided to give up and not purchase one this year! He made it enjoyable from start to finish! Everyone we came in contact with there were so friendly, pleasant and helpful! We had a great experience! This is our first Mercedez and are looking forward to enjoying the ride!

Love my Jeep Grand Cherokee

I had been looking on Car Gurus app for some time and saw the Jeep on there. Called immediately and spoke with Vadim! He was so helpful and took the extra time to answer all my questions. We were out of town for a graduation and he held the car until the next day for us. We were so pleased with the service! We will absolutely be back to work with Vadim!

Great Experience!

I just recently bought a GLK350 Mercedes at RBM of Alpharetta. The salesman who helped me was Reza Azizi. Reza is the consummate professional everything he told me was accurate and right on. I?m very happy with my purchase. I?d been to several other dealerships and even when I found a car that I liked, and I went into one of those calling over the sales manager situations, and then calls the next day from yet another sales manager, I did not feel secure in the buying process. So, I decided to go online with Cars.com and look for a similar car. I found a car at RBM of Alpharetta I was interested in and received an immediate e-mail describing the car and a CarFax from Reza, but that car sold. Reza then sent me another e-mail and photo of the car I finally bought. I willingly drove the twenty miles to Alpharetta to see a car that I knew I was interested in Things couldn?t have gone smoother and I?m happy to have the car buying behind me now. I love my new car.

Purchase of 2nd Mercedes Benz

I purchased my first E320 in 2002. From that time, my car was serviced by RBM at every interval. I received the most courteous and professional service from the entire team over the years. A huge thanks to Randy Bacon for always looking after my best interest. In 2015, I decided to purchase another car. There was no question I was going to RBM. Dan Berry, in Sales, was very responsive to my needs and quickly sent me information on cars in the price range, style and color that I wanted. A few days later, I arrived at RBM and looked at the exact E350 I wanted...I drove it home that afternoon. Thanks Dan, and the entire team, for making my experience so easy, positive and fun!
