Excellent

I am a 67 year old retired male,and have been an auto enthusiast all my life. My wife & I have purchased a total of 10 Mrecedes over the last 30 years. Andy Sayers,of RBM of Alpharetta,made my latest purchase the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Andy & RBM of Alpharetta to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.

Our experience at RBM couldn't have been any better!!!

We had the best experience purchasing our car at RBM. Ron Delvalle made it so easy and quick. We would highly recommend him. Everyone we talked to at RBM was very helpful and friendly!!

Great Sales Experience

My wife and I just purchased an almost new 2016 E550 Cabriolet. Vadim did an awesome job making the deal happen, from coming in on his day off to making sure every piece of the process was smooth and easy. He made me feel at home at the dealership and got the entire sale complete in a few hours. Vadim was knowledgeable and had can do attitude. i would absolutely recommend Vadim to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Exceptional Buying Experience

It was a pleasure working with Bill and the team at RBM of Alpharetta on the purchase of my new C450. Although this was my 2nd Mercedes purchase, this was my first time working with Bill and the team at RBM of Alpharetta. Everyone were all smiles and very personable. Professional and responsive

This was our second purchase from RBM Alpharetta. Our first purchase experience and the service excellence that followed meant RBM was definitely on our list when we considered our next purchase. This time we opted to order exactly what we wanted from the factory. Andy was candid and honest about the process, the timing, and really helped us select the options that were right for us. When some factory delays occurred, Andy and the team were diligent with their follow-up and candid about the vehicle status. When the vehicle was manufactured, Mercedes and RBM moved quickly to deliver our vehicle on our schedule. I like doing business with this RBM team.

Mercedes C300 With David Wang

I purchased a C300 from David Wang this past week and it was such a great pleasure to do business with such an amazing dealership. David went above and beyond to help me get the car we've been looking for. It was such an easy experience and we know we will be back in the future because of this. Love RBM-North and David Wang! You should go see him for your next car! This is not just my first car from him, but my second and it will not be my last!

first class

My fiancee bought a new Mercedes with the expert assistance of Bill Favini, and when the transmission went out on my car and I had to buy in a hurry, he called Bill to the rescue and I am so glad. I did a ton of research anyway (that's my way) and in so doing I simply learned that Bill's recommendation of a CPO Mercedes C - class was on the money. I love my car!!!! It is gorgeous, drives well and is not stupidly over the top. Instead of spending money on bells and whistles I don't want or need, I got a luxurious, quality vehicle that drives superbly, and will last a long long time - at a great price - and I know it was a great price because I researched the heck out of it. In addition Bill has continued to make himself available to me when I have questions about anything. RBM offered the best prices in CPO Mercedes I could find anywhere in the Atlanta area, and Bill offers incredible, personable customer service

Awesome customer service!

Andy Sayers made my car purchase experience so easy! He was very knowledgeable, up-front, and very accommodating to my schedule. I would highly recommend doing business with him...although I am not a resident of Georgia, I will gladly make the trip to Alpharetta for my next purchase just so I can work with him. Thanks, Andy!
