Near New CLS - Great Overall Experience
RBM Alpharetta exemplified the "no pressure" buying experience. We got a great deal on a nearly new CLS 400 with no gamesmanship. Ron Delvalle was friendly and knowledgeable and the paperwork process with Lisa was also a no-pressure breeze. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a new Mercedes!!

Vehicle Purchase
From the first phone call, to my last conversation, the entire team that I interacted with was fantastic, which I found incredibly impressive considering I was buying a used Benz rather than a new one. Since this was my first Mercedes, everyone there made me & my family feel very comfortable. Fabian was a true professional & always available via phone when I needed him even for random questions on New Years-thanks Fabian! Pam & Fabian both did a great job acquainting me with my new car. Also, a special thank you to the entire service team, especially Mathew, for taking such great care of me, inspecting & prepping my new car. The Best Dealership in the Southeast- RBM North
I just purchased my 6th auto from RBM North in Alpharetta, GA. As usual, the experience was impeccable. Unlike most car buying experiences which to me are like having a root canal with no novocaine, I actually look forward to going to RBM North in Alpharetta, GA. I especially enjoy working with David Wang. He is exceptional in all ways but most importantly he knows what he is talking about with cars and he knows how to get things done. I would give him an 11 on a 10 scale. I don't want to buy a car on the internet, I don't want any of the low touch experiences that are out there being promoted. In fact, I would say that I want a high touch experience in all facets of care buying - evaluation, buying, financial and post buying experience (customer experience). RBM and David deliver in all areas and I will buy again from them- probably this year.

We love Russu!
We had a great experience with Vadim Russu and came home with a beautiful Polar White C250 for my wife, she is soooo happy. Vadim even got me a red bow to put on the hood to surprise my wife. To see her surprise reaction search "A Very Mercedes Christmas" (Josh Brown) on You tube. Vadim, Michael, Lisa, and everyone at RBM was nice to us. We came up to test drive it then returned a couple days later and we did all the paperwork and drove home with Snow White the Polar Princess in 60 minutes time. I think we set a record :) Thank you all!
