Great experience!

I found my car on line and Bill Winslow called me the very next day. I felt that I could trust him and did not feel pressured. I bought my car 2 days later. I enjoyed working with him and also I worked with Tom Ahern. Bill got my existing car totally service without an appointment - which I appreciated so much. I live 2 hours away and he was very thoughtful. Tom handled my finances with care just like he knew me and I was family. I was so pleased with everyone including the lady that explained all the features of my new car. Great day and I am very grateful for this dealership. Sincerely!! Peggy Powers

Great Experience

I looked for a car for 2 years and worked with many dealerships in Atlanta. Dan Berry is the only sales person that was committed to finding me a car. He found me the perfect car. He has also followed up with me as well. I would recommend Dan Berry to friends.

very comfortable

AMG GLE Coupe

The experience from initial viewing of car straight through to delivery was a pleasant experience, which is rare in the automobile buying realm. Liked it so much I bought a SL550 Hard-Top Convertible for my wife.

A Great Car Buying Experience

It’s been several years since I owned a Mercedes but recently I took note of how much I liked the redesign of the new C Class. I researched new car ratings and was impressed with what I read so I went to RBM of Alpharetta for a test drive. There I worked with Dan Berry. Having spent a career in software sales management selling systems priced into the millions, I really appreciate a consultative sales experience, which to my experience can be hard to find when buying cars. Dan is a consummate professional who takes the time to understand needs and then blends in his deep product knowledge to produce an efficient buying experience which resulted in finding the perfect car for me. His attention to detail and follow-up is exceptional, so without hesitation I highly recommend Dan Berry of RBM of Alpharetta to anyone who is in the market.

A+ Dealership A+ Sales Executive

I was in search for a certified pre-owned vehicle late 2015. I called the dealership, spoke with Derrick Wynn (salesperson), arranged a time to drive the car I was interested in and less than a week later I completed the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. The Definition of Quality!

The definition of Quality in Automobile sales and service starts with immediate confidence of the prospective buyer in the sales environment inside the showroom. I was very fortunate to have had my son in law recommend Mr. Dan Berry at Alpharetta Mercedes-Benz. Dan is a polite listener, knows the way to make gentle suggestions, knows his available inventory, explains clearly the operation of all noteworthy systems and returns numerous phone calls with a convincing smile in his voice. I am very close to being a "car nut", so to speak, and I could not find a better information center than sitting with Dan in his open office. My background is Naval Aviation and Airline Transportation. In my former careers I always was under the gun for answers. Dan Berry knows his stuff and provided my wife and I all the information we could handle concerning the purchase of our CPO 2014 Mercedes-Benz E 350 Sedan. I'm happy to refer my friends who might be interested in a new ride of the character of his sales ability.

Great experience with Bill Winslow, at RBM of Alpharetta

I would highly recommend Bill Winslow in helping anyone with their car needs. He made the whole experience of buying a new car so easy for me. He's very knowledgeable about all the cars . Was very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining the different models to me. I decided on the new 2016 GLC300, Between Bill Winslow and Diane Evans they spent a lot of time with me going over all the features of the car and still offering their help should I have a question about anything. "amazing"!

Superb Exoerience

I came in to help a family member purchase a car and walked out incredibly impressed. We might have been buying the least expensive (non-Mercedes) used car on the lot, but we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive. We especially appreciated David Wang's constant communication over the weekend. Their finance department was able to work magic in a very difficult credit situation. Thank you!
