Good Dealership, Great Cool Enviroment

After shopping around for a small SUV at many other dealership, I was basically looking for a change. This is my second car purchase in 16 years, so I needed a good car for myself to drive, something more modern and up to date. Price wise little expensive but had a good experience with the Vadim, my sales associate, he tried to work me and the dealership to get me a good deal. I think I got a good deal. He also hold the car for me for a day as my Loan check did not arrive immediately. Very nice and friendly person. He understood where I was coming from also showed me other brand vehicles to compare with so that I can make a good decision. I would recommend him any time. The only thing I would like to mention is the trade in values could have been more than what they offered me. I still took the deal, didn't wanted to do it myself. So still makes a better deal.

Great experience buying a new car

Bill Favini was extremely helpful in my decision to buy my new 2016 CLA250. Bill knew everything about the car answered my many questions and continues to provide great service. RBM Alpharetta is Great!

We looked at several dealerships and cars. Walked away from a few because they did not seem friendly. Reza Azizi at RBM Alpharetta was genuine, friendly, patient, and he spent more time listening than dealing. He gladly helped us through some issues on his day off and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable making a big decision. In the end, we wanted to buy from him as much as he wanted to sell to us. It was a very positive experience! Lisa Brennan in Finance did an excellent job of making sure we considered the options but she did so without pressuring us. She advised us without being a sales person, and, on her own initiative, she made sure we got the rate and terms commensurate to our qualifications. We got a better deal than expected.

Nice people at RBM

This is the second car that I have purchased at this dealership. Everyone is so very helpful and there is no pressure on the buyer. I had a great experience from everyone involved, from salesman to finance to going over the features if my new car.

Third time's a charm

Just purchased my third truck from David Wang at RBM and not only was the process smooth but it was quick. Stopped in one day to check out the inventory (which was quite expansive) and picked out my new truck. They had plenty of feasible options. I came in the following Saturday morning to pick up my new truck and was out the door in an hour. It could have been quicker but there were so many new options I needed to learn about..the self parking is awesome! Love RBM sales and service!!
