Sales with Reza Azizi

Since 2011, I have leased/financed six cars with the help of Reza Azizi. In each instance, he has provided exemplary service and has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend not only RBM of Alpharetta, but also Mr. Azizi if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes. He makes the process simple and is always available to answer any questions I have. Since 2011, he has proven to be incredibly resourceful and gets the job done, no matter how challenging it may be. From finding the perfect car to helping me decide on the most subtle of options, Reza Azizi has always been there for me and the rest of his customers.

Reza Azizi - a rare gem!

In twenty years of purchasing various cars, working with RBM of Alpharetta was, by far, the best experience we have had. Reza Azizi took the time to help us make the best decision for us, and it was clearly not about just making the sale. He listened to us and cared about our needs. We will be recommending Reza to all of our friends and family! What an asset to RBM!

The RBM Experience

It was a wonderful day. The people at RBM are very nice and helpful. Dan Berry is right up there with OXYGEN!! Very good job.

Excellent overall experience

I have bought cars from several different dealerships and several different car manufacturers and have dealt with several sales people. I can honestly say that my buying experience was excellent. Fabian Tafur was my Sales Consultant and he made sure that my Mercedes was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and Fabian.

Very happy with rmb mercedes and people that work there

George timmes help me find i vehicle i was looking for he spent most of his day trying to help me purchase the vehicle, he was very nice to me, i will defenetly come back to this place again ,and i would recomend gorge timmes to anyone that is looking for vehicle to buy he is one best saales representives i meet in past, he offer me coffe, water, he was listening to me every time i try to speak very nice person i hope rmb mercedes tell him that i said thank u for all his help and time i spent helping me

Excellent buying experience

First Mercedes. Ron Delvalle handled my concerns with exceptional professionalism. This was the best buying experience we've had after our 3rd car. Ron listened carefully to what we were interested in, gave us the benefit of his considerable car expertise. We will be recommending this dealership and Mr. Delvalle for their great customer service. Ron was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, attentive to detail, and truly went above and beyond. We are grateful to him for making the buying process stress-free.

Fantastic Experience

We were so lucky to be given George Timmes as our sales representative when we arrived to RBM Alpharetta. He is a phenomenal representative and took the utmost care of us throughout our whole car buying experience. We purchased a pre owned GLK and George, along with other people there made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving with our vehicle. We had our two young daughters with us and they were treated so well too. We've been back to take care of other business and each time we walk in we are treated like family. I'm not sure how we could ever top this experience. And, oh yes, my car is wonderful too and I am certain it was cared for and well maintained since I bought from RBM. Their service is superior. I highly recommend this dealer and George Timmes.

The Best !,

In the last 15 years, we have purchased 10 premium cars at premium dealerships. However, none of those previous experiences come close to our recent Mercedes purchase at RBM Alpharetta. Mr. Reza Azizi is without question the kind of person you are looking for when you walk into a dealership, but very seldom find. Knowledgeable about his product, gentle and kind as a person and and somebody you enjoy a conversation with. RBM excels in making the buying experience pleasant and efficient and Mr. Azizi is the key ingredient in that experience I strongly recommend them both.

First Mercedes, Great Experience

Long time BMW owner who decided to look into Mercedes, and walked away with a C300. In addition to the car's features, sales associate Vadim Russu was an influencing factor in my decision. Choosing a car was challenging. Vadim made it easy by being knowledgable, personable and conscientious. Vadim provided solid facts without undue exaggeration, help without unwanted pressure, customer service without feigned concern. I would recommend RBM of Alpharetta and definitely suggest Vadim Russu as your sales associate !

Great sales experience with David Wang

Leased a 2015 C300 from David Wang at RBM from Atlanta a few weeks ago. In short, the experience was outstanding. David knew his stuff and ran circles around every other sales guy i talked to from Audi and BMW. He could talk to the market, leasing options, other car brands and had a wealth of info on Mercedes in general. He has worked with my father before and treated me like a friend and someone who he planned to partner with for years to come. Just a great experience. The rest of the team was also great, reception, managers, finance, etc. Give David a call even if your only slightly considering, he will help you figure out if something can work for you.
