Great buying experience

The overall experience was simply outstanding. Andy Sayers our sales professional was excellent, knowledgeable and never any pressure. We visited four times, three test-drives, so we were not the easiest customers but Andy was very supportive and made the whole experience very comfortable. The support team including training and deal close (the dreaded paper) were also very good.

Excellent buying experience!

This was my first Mercedes purchase and I have to say, I'm thrilled! Working with Fabian was effortless! His energy, knowledge and overall willingness to answer any question was very much appreciated. Never once did we feel rushed or pushed into buying anything. I would highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta.

Great Experience

I just purchased my first Mercedes and I have to say what a great experience it was dealing with RMB Alpharetta. They made me feel extremely comfortable without any kind of hard sell. Dan Berry was my salesman and I was happily surprised at how knowledgeable he is and how he did not take any of my questions for granted. Thoroughly professional, this dealership is a class act all the way!!

Smart cars and smart decisions

Recently I leased a vehicle from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Having never leased, purchased, or rented a car, I didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure how to discuss my needs with a car salesman. My concerns were shortly put to rest upon arrival thanks to the spectacular staff at this establishment. My sales rep, David Wang, smoothly guided me through the process of leasing my first car. He took my concerns and budget into consideration before presenting me with options and the statistics. I felt secure and confident at the end of this experience. Not only that, but I drove home in a new Smart Pure! I'm very satisfied with the service provided at this dealership.

First Class...

I have purchased two vehicles from Reza Azizi at RBM Alpharetta. A 2014 E350 last year, and 2015 ML350 just recently. Excellent automobiles. Reza is a professional and a gentleman. More concerned with customer satisfaction than with making the sale. That being said, he will put you in a new Mercedes Benz with a big smile on your face in short order. He's the best...

The Best!

I live over 60 miles from RBM of Alpharetta, so it my seem strange that I would travel so far for Service and to purchase a car. I am a "certifies car nut" as such I am particular about who touches my vehicles. For some time now, David Kalinkiewicz is the only person allowed to touch my wife's special classic Mercedes-Benz. Recently we decided we wanted to purchase a CPO C 250. We visited RBM of Alpharetta. Sales Rep Dan Berry took the time to get to know us and find out what we were looking for. He was able to quickly locate the car that matched our desires. The rest of the transaction was very smooth! From the business office to the delivery specialist, it was a pleasure. I have purchased a lot of automobiles in my life, but this experience was bar far the best!

Outstanding

One of the best experiences I have encountered in the purchase of a new car. I have been a solid Cadillac owner, until my purchase of a Mercedes E350. This vehicle exceeds my prior experiences by far. The salesman, Ron Delvalle was the best. He took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. He made the buying experience exceptional. The dealership was well maintained from the front door through to the last door in the garage, giving me comfort that my service experiences would be of the highest quality. The dealership management stopped by to introduce themselves and that added significantly to the purchase decision. They seem to work as one happy family, and made us feel welcome in their facility. Ron, although very busy, no doubt one of their highly rated sales professionals, was always on top of all aspects of the transactions. His follow up to the sale has been outstanding. I will do business with Ron and RBM again in the future. Daryl M.

Best Experience Ever!!

As a rookie, this was my first Mercedes Benz purchase. My husband decided to give me an upgrade from my Toyota Camry and it was truly a smooth transition. I had spent the day shopping around online, and went to two dealerships not far from where I live but didn't feel very welcomed there and the salesman was not very friendly. So my last call of the day was to RBM of Alpharetta and Bill Favini picked up the phone and answered all of my questions very professionally. Bill was extremely helpful and informative all in just one phone call. By the time we had arrived to the dealership (3 days later) I already felt like I had known Bill for years.
