Excellent Service!!!!!

This is my second mercedes purchase. I love the way I'm treated when getting repairs done on my vehicle. This is why I own a another Mercedes. Dan Berry made the process easy and continues to follow up on any questions I have on my new purchase! Very happy with the customer service at RBM NORTH!!!

2nd auto purchase @rbm of alpharetta

We stopped in for service at RBM of Alpharetta in July 2014 and while waiting for our car to be serviced we met with Bill Winslow to ask about ML 350 and GL 450 SUVs. Bill took us on a demo ride in a 2014 GL450 and we LOVED IT. We asked Bill many questions about the GL450 and he provided us with a wealth of info. We decided that we wanted a GL450 and proceeded to determine what options we wanted. Bill helped us with our selections in a most patient manner and showed us what was available in stock. With the help of Bill and Donnie Moore, sales manager, we decided to order a 2015 GL450 with options we wanted. We took delivery Aug. 4th and have enjoyed every thing about the GL450. Bill Winslow guided us through the buying process from start to finish without a hitch. Can't say enough good about Bill. I have purchased many autos in my 72 years and dealt with good and bad dealerships. RBM of Alpharetta is by far the best auto dealership I have used. From Donnie Moore and Bill Winslow, David Claster in Service, Sharon Thompson in Finance, Diane Evans in "what button does what" at delivery you can't find a better team. I HIGHLY recommend RBM of ALPHARETTA.

the best experience

hi, i am very new to buying a car even though i am 54. when i was younger my parents always bought me my car, paid my insurance. i moved to new york and lived there for 25 years...i never needed a car. this was my first purchase...insurance...financing ....everything. my sales person Andy Sayers helped me above and beyond my expectations. Everything was very complicated due to the fact that i just didnt know what to do about anything......he helped me through every single aspect of my purchase. i am so happy ....i would never buy any other than a Mercedes. The luxe experience was more than i ever expected. Thank you RBM of Alpharetta. Thank you Andy Sayers. Thank you Sharon.

I love David Wang and RBM of Alpharetta

We just purchased our 3rd Mercedes from RBM and David Wang. David makes the whole process fun, informative and effortless. I would never drive anything else than a Mercedes and I would only buy from David and RBM of Alpharetta!
