Second SUV from RBM North and I'll be back!!'

I'm not usually write reviews however I am one that will read them all before making a buying decision. With that said we felt compelled after our purchase experience with Reza Azizi and RBM North staff in an effort to help you the review reader to be better informed. It was my second car purchase from RMB North - Reza Azizi. If you are looking for excellent customer service, if you wish to be treated with respect, and if you want your sales person to be your trusted adviser for car purchase then go to RMB North and ask for Reza Azizi. Excellent customer service

I recently purchase an E350 from RBM of Alpharetta during which Fabian assisted the transaction. I highly recommend Fabian for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He also took time to educate me about the various models after which I eventually chose the right options for me. Fabian went above and beyond his call of duty to get me the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. I look forward to working with him again in the future.Thanks

Great Buying Experience - Reza is Outstanding

We were searching for a CPO E-Class sedan with low miles. After searching online we concluded that RBM of Alpharetta had a great selection. Upon arrival we were directed to sales consultant, Reza Azizi, who was very friendly and quickly identified 3 or 4 vehicles that met our criteria. Within 20 minutes we were cruising down the road for a test drive in a mint condition Benz at that looked like it was brand new. Despite the superior quality of the vehicle the price was very competitive with everything else we'd seen online. The whole buying process was easy and void of high pressure. Reza's product knowledge is outstanding and we'd highly recommend his services.

Best Customer Service

We had put down mercedes on our list. We started out test driving several models across all dealerships in the Atlanta area and decided that a mercedes diesel was for us. Found RBM of Alpharetta (on McFarland) to be the best in terms of costumer service. Our experience in the selection and buying process was great, We worked with Ron Delvalle & Fabian Tafur from the dealership. Their customer service in the whole process was stellar. Fabian, spent a lot of his time with us on the various models and provided us with a lot of information that led to us buying from him. Second car from Fabian

The BEST Dealership

I was assisting my 74 year old mother with the purchase of her new car on Monday and returned on Wednesday to purchase a new car for me!!! The staff is incredible. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Charles Nichols is our Sale Consultant. I have never had such an excellent experience purchasing cars. We were assisted by Charles Nichols-Sale Consultant, Donnie Moore-Sales Manager, Sharon Thompson-Financial Services Director, and Diane Evans-Product Concierge. This is the ONLY dealership I will ever use for purchasing and servicing cars.

History repeats itself!!!

This is our second time @ this dealership and with David. I went in to get a Smart Cabrio, all electric version and David was excellent again. Like he was with our E350, this time as well he is very knowledgeable about Smart Cabrio. I came in knowing what I wanted, called him on my way there and by the time I was there he had the car ready for me. Took me less than an hour to get it all taken care of and drive out in my brand new Smart Cabrio. Never am I going back to anyone else to get another car.

UNBELIEVABLE GROUP OF PEOPLE UNBELIEVEABLE NEW E550CABRIOLET

WIFE AND I STROLLED IN TO PICK UP OUR 2013 SL550 THAT WAS IN FOR BASIC SERVICE, WOULD YOU BELIEVE WE DROVE OUT WITH A BRAND NEW E550 CABRIOLET? HOW DID THEY DO THIS? I LOVED MY SL! WELL, MR BILL WINSLOW SPENT A LITTLE TIME WITH US BECAUSE WE WERE JUST PEEKING AROUND LOOKING AT ALL THE CARS IN THE SHOWROOM, AND KILLING SOME TIME OUT ON THE LOT..AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM IN DEPTH, HE DETERMINED THAT SINCE MY WIFE NEVER DROVE OUR SL 550 BECAUSE SHE FELT IT WAS TOO MUCH SPORT AND POWER, THAT "MAYBE" WE "MIGHT" CONSIDER A DIFFERENT MODEL THAT POSSIBLY SHE MIGHT FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE IN AND MAYBE ENJOY DRIVING A MERCEDES HERSELF? SO ALONG WE GO AND THE WIFE SEES A BRAND NEW CABRIOLET..ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PICK UP "MY" SL550..(AND IT ONLY HAD 6000 MILES ON IT) WELL, LONG STORY SHORT, WE DROVE OUT WITH THIS CAR AND GUESS WHAT..FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS, THE WIFE AND EVEN MYSELF, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR..ITS EASIER FOR HER TO DRIVE, AND SHES BASICALLY GONE NOW, JUST CRUISING ALL AROUND AND LOVING IT..IVE NOT SEEN HER THIS HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE IN ANY OF THE MERCEDES MODELS WE HAVE HAD OVER THE YEARS..WHAT A CAR, STRONG POWER RESPONSE, GORGEOUS INTERIOR, EXCELLENT RIDE, VERY GOOD VISIBILTY..AND SHE LOVES THE TOP DOWN..SO HOW DID WE GO FROM A 2013 6000 MILE SL550 TO AN ECLASS CABRIOLET? IT WAS EASY AFTER TEST DRIVING THAT CAR..SHE IMMEDIATELY FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH IT, WAY MORESO THAN THE SL.. MR WINSLOW, AND EVEN DAVID CLASTER IN SERVICE, THAT WE JUST HAPPEN TO MEET, (VERY LONG STORY) HELPED US SO MUCH, THAT IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS MODEL IN THE FIRST PLACE..NOW THIS DEALERSHIP HELPED CREATE A NEW CHALLENGE FOR US! HOW DO I GET THIS CAR AWAY FROM THE WIFE?? IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR ME! I GUESS I WILL BE "VISITING" THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE NEAR FUTURE AGAIN, TO FIND "MYSELF" ANOTHER CAR..OH WELL! THESE GUYS MADE THIS TRANSACTION EASY..AND THANK GOD FOR THE COFFEE STATION, BUT THE MACHINE IS STILL A LITTLE SLOW LOL.. THERE IS NO BETTER SALESPERSON THAN MR BILL WINSLOW..IF YOU WANT TO FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT BUYING THE THE BEST MADE CARS OUT THERE, SEE ONLY HIM.. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!!

Had a Dream

Had a dream. There was a car in the dream that felt like it was part of me. Back in the real world things happened like being on auto pilot. After a few internet clicks I was at the website of RBM of Alpharetta talking to Reza on the phone. He had what was very quickly to become my car a thousand miles away. Proof of my trust in Reza arrived in perfect condition to every detail, even a full tank of gas was included. The salesmanship was very accommodating, efficient, friendly and professional. The economics of the transaction was in my favor. I appreciate Reza and RBM of Alpharetta.
