My decision to buy the new mercedes was based on trust and teamwork. I have known some of this team for 30 years. I drive 150 miles roundtrip from my home, because of the trust I have in this team. There are three keys to a successful relationship... Trust, Care, and Excellence!

My wife and I recently purchased an SLK 300 from RBM of Atlanta. We worked with Bill Favini. I first made contact with Bill on the internet. We scheduled the appointment and were on a very tight time schedule as we had dirven over 300 miles to the dealership. Bill went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The overall experience was GREAT. I can whole heartedly recommend Bill Favini and RBM of Atlanta.

This is the second car that I have purchased from RBM...

This is the second car that I have purchased from RBM North, and with David. It certainly won't be my last. I'm very particular about cars and tend to have my research done before even stepping foot into a dealership, and after a poor experience with a Lexus dealer before purchasing my first Mercedes, I was delighted and impressed with the way they handle the car buying process at RBM. David was awesome during the purchase of my first Mercedes, and knew what to expect with me the second time around. He even had a car in mind when I called him to tell him I was interested in trading my car for a newer model, and that is the one I ended up buying! I am loving my new car, but I look forward to the opportunity of purchasing my third Mercedes with David in the future.

Best experience EVER at a dealership! I purchased a new CLA 250 from Bill Winslow and could not be happier! He is the most honest salesman I've ever dealt with. You can tell he knows exactly what he is talking about and isn't just feeding you lines you want to hear! Bill is extremely friendly and made sure we had a great experience! I will be doing all my business with RBM North and Bill from now on!

This is the 3rd vehicle I've leased through RBM...

This is the 3rd vehicle I've leased through RBM Atlanta North, and the second time that I've been assisted by Mr. Andrew Solomon. Andrew is a true sales professional who not only loves the automotive business but understands customer care at all levels, from presenting new product features to supporting every step of the purchase process. In addition to delivering the vehicle to our home, he also proactively offered to synch up garage door opener functions - a big time saver for us "don't make me read the manual" folks. Personalized service conducted at the exact speed a customer prefers is an art - kudos to RBM for employing and empowering such a dedicated team.

If you are in the market for a M-B in the Atlanta area,...

If you are in the market for a M-B in the Atlanta area, you would be well served to make the drive north of Atlanta to RBM North on McFarland Parkway. We made our initial connection with Carol Duster, in the internet sales group. We had a specific set of features we wanted in our vehicle and Carol worked very hard to find it. She was understanding, helpful and very responsive - all via emails and phone, having never met face to face until we visited the dealership for test drive and eventual purchase. Carol and the entire RBM North team were very professional, welcomed us warmly and genuinely cared about our business. Despite the fact we purchased our vehicle on what appeared to be a very busy day in the showroom - we were treated as if we were the only customers there. We knew the many steps to finalize purchase but Carol guided us through with specific time estimates so we knew what to expect and how long it would take - without a misstep. This was helpful to a busy family "on the go". Based on our prior research and experiences in our search, we also felt that the overall value received and the final price of the vehicle at RBM North was worth far more than the extra drive time north of our home closer to the metro Atlanta area. We left the dealership well informed, well taken care of and with a new vehicle at what we considered a fair price. Yes, we expected as much when purchasing a M-B but RBM North actually delivered on this expectation. Thank you Carol Duster and the team at RBM North - Atlanta.

World Class Organization!

Loved the entire car buying experience at this dealership - how refreshing and rare is that? Dan Berry was my sales associate and he was very patient with me in understanding exactly what I was looking for, and found me the perfect car! This is my second MB purchase but my first at RBM North. I have been servicing my previous MB C230 at RBM North for years and have been so impressed with their service personnel that I decided to purchase my next car here and I was not disappointed- I love this place! Their entire staff treats you like family- a comfortable, no hassle car buying experience and Dan has followed up with me several times since to make sure I am still thrilled with my purchase. I couldn't be more pleased with Dan, my car or this dealership!
