2 words, Andrew Solomon, he made the car buying experience a pleasure. Andrew is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and above all patient. Andrew has the working knowledge of all the Mercedes products and he guided me in the right direction for my first and not last Mercedes purchase.He will always be referred by me to anyone that I know interested in buying a Mercedes automobile.

Easiest Process Ever

Just purchased an ML 350 after trading in one I have had for 10 years. I Did everything online with the help of Andrew Solomon.He was perhaps the best sales professional I have encountered in a long while. He took the time to listen to me, learned my" buyer's style" and treated me accordingly. He was knowledgeable and personable. The entire experience was seamless Highly recommend!

I found what appeared to be the perfect car for my wife...

I found what appeared to be the perfect car for my wife online so I was skeptical about the options listed and the ultra-low mileage. My query was immediately returned by Ramona, who walked me through all the details of the vehicle, and confirmed the options, condition, mileage and price. He then followed up with additional documentation in email and won my business on the same day. I am impressed with RBM and am thankful to have found them -- even though I live in another state!

The sales team was informative and knowledgeable of the c250 we were considering. They were not pushy but helpful and went out of their way to make the deal work. We felt no pressure and left driving a car we are most happy with.

From the start, Ms. Carol Duster made an impression upon my wife and I. Her professionalism is what kept us interested throughout the process, from beginning to end. I was hesitant to commit to purchasing initially, but through detailed discussion and thorough answers to our questions, I was sold. Through email interaction, as well as telephonic contact, Ms. Duster did not disappoint. My wife was happy with the appearance of both the Mercedes as well as the dealership. The standards set by Ms. Duster and the RBM dealership impressed my wife, and with that I knew that I was leaving the dealership with a car that very day. Recent buying experience

For the last 40 years, I have bought many new cars. Recently I purchased a new SLK for RBM North, and this was one of the smoothest , uncomplicated car buying experiences I can remember. I give the credit to my salesperson, Andrew Solomon. Andrew is a very well informed, low key, low pressure guy and he easily guided me through the process from color selection to custom ordering from Germany, updates on shipping and final delivery. Great experience, great car

Had an excellent experience with RBM North that I would do again any time. My sales person and quarterback was Andrew and he showed a great deal of professionalism as well as personality. It was very easy to test, finance and drive away with my CPO car in less than 2 hours. I recommend this dealership from top to bottom from its thorough and beautiful dealership to each of the individuals I dealt with. One excellent business!
