Introduced to RBM North through the service department...

Introduced to RBM North through the service department and was so impressed that I purchased a new ML 350 shortly thereafter. Service and Sales were professional and courteous. I am glad to reccommend RBM North to any Mercedes current or potential customer.

Extraordinary Experience

My purchase of my E350 at RBM North was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have known. Reza Azizi and Andrew Solomon have a way of making you comfortable with what is normally a stressful experience. Both are knowledgeable and know their product line well. There was nothing they couldn?t answer. Reza, Andrew and everyone at the dealership actually listen to you, and in a world where everyone is a transmitter it?s extremely refreshing to deal an organization that is full of receivers. I would like to thank Reza, Andrew, Diane, Sharon, & Mary for making this transaction a pleasure. They have assured that when the time comes, I WILL be back.

RBM of North Atlanta is Fan-tas-tic! Reza Azizi

Reza Azizi made my car shopping very easy and pleasant on my new Mercedes Benz C250 coupe. That was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman Reza Azizi was charming, polite, and very informative. He was answering all questions I had patiently. Nowadays, it is commonly seen that car salesmen just don?t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Reza Azizi delivers an "incredible service" and gives a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family who are shopping for new cars. I had an amazing experience from the start to finish. ...

I had an amazing experience from the start to finish. Fabian and Bill worked diligently to help me find the car that was right for me. They were very attentive and helpful. Fabian even came to my office after I had bought the car to bring me the ID badges and parking passes that I had left accidentally in my car that I traded. Sharon was also very informative and helpful in my purchasing process. She was very friendly to work with and made the experience quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend RBM of NorthAtlanta to everyone.

Professional Sales Representatives

We recently purchased a 2014 ML 350 at RBM North. Our principal sales representative was Andy Sayers, He provided excellent attention to us throughout the process including post-sale follow-up. When Andy was tied up with other customers, Bill Winslow stepped in and provided the same high level professional service. We have purchased a number or high end cars and SUV's over the years. I rate this buying experience as being the most positive and professional we have ever had and I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a luxury vehicle.

Extremely professional

We have bought a number of higher end cars and SUV's over the years. Our recent purchase of a 2014 ML350 was a very pleasant experience and we will rate this as our best car buying experience ever. . This was due to the extremely professional RBM North staff members that we worked with. Our principal contact was Andy Sayers. His responsiveness and appropriate level of follow up has been excellent. When Andy was unavailable, Bill Winslow worked with us, including taking us through the closing process. Bill's professionalism is also outstanding. We are just beginning the driving experience and thus far, the driving experience with our ML350 has exceeded expectations.

Fantastic service from A-Z. Andy Sayers made the entire experience very smooth and professional. While it is a bit outside the perimeter, I would strong recommend driving up to Alpharetta, as the service there is far above what we experienced at other in town dealerships.
