Bill Favini and the RBM Dream Team

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bill Favini and RBM North. We go back because Bill hustles and follows up with us to insure that we are truly happy with the purchase. This last purchase involved Carol Duster and the Finance person, Sharon Thompson, who were all fantastic as well. It was a team effort from the Salesfloor to getting us out the door and we appreciate all of the effort to insure we had a positive experience. Life is good with Bill and the RBM team. I hihgly recommend Bill and the RBM dealership!!

Best dealership and relationship

This is my first Mercedes (CLA 250) and I must say the experience is unforgettable. From the start, Greg Lapina has been by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales consultant I've dealt with. He has made it very easy and comfortable to become part of the Mercedes family. It is great sales consultant like Greg Lapina that definitely help create long lasting relationship. We love RBM of Atlanta North and definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Great Experience

Had a great experience at RBM North. Bill Winslow my sales agent was FANTASTIC. He worked very hard to get me in my pretty red c250 sedan.

Best Car Buying Experience

We researched car dealerships and decided on RBM of Atlanta North to purchase our Mercedes C250. We had a very nice sales person named Ramona Razavi and she was very nice and helpful.

Best experience

This was my first Mercedes purchase and it was by far my most pleasant experience I have had buying cars. I plan on purchasing all my vehicles at this dealership. I worked with David Wang and cannot tell enough wonderful things about him. He made the entire experience so pleasant and nice. He took time to go over the features of my new ML63 AMG. His depth of knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. While we took my new beautiful car for a spin, the wonderful lady that greets people, Mary, really helped by watching my kiddos for a few minutes. The entire experience from talking and purchasing from David to talking with the finance manager, the lovely Mrs. Lisa Brennan, about warrantees was wonderful and no pressure. They believe the cars sell themselves and they are there to facilitate the process...and they are right. Thanks RBM in Alpharetta!!

Having already visited MB of Buckhead and Atlanta Classic...

Having already visited MB of Buckhead and Atlanta Classic cars in Duluth in search of a 2014 or CP0 2013 Mercedes Benz seemed a tiresome task until our last stop at RBM of North Atlanta. My wife and I were blown away by the outstanding service of this Dealership. They really go out of their way to make sure we get the perfect vehicle at the best price in a hassle free environment. We worked with Carol Duster who was very attentive to all of our needs. She really made the process very simple and was the first sales person that actually knew all the features in the cars she was selling. We had several vehicles in mind and Carol helped us with getting the exact car that we both could agree on. I highly recommend Carol Duster and RBM of North Atlanta for a hassle free and friendly environment to purchase a quality car. RBM of Atlanta-North is the greatest dealership ever. Our sales person Fabian was fantastic, treated us like family from the moment we walked in and even after our Smart 2014 Brabus purchase was completed he has followed up with us several times to make sure we were all good. My wife and I could not be happier with the overall experience. Fabian is hands down the greatest sales person I have ever purchased a car from. Friendly, quick, committed, and always did what he said he would do, A++++++. No surprises, we understood everything clearly and once again just a great overall experience. Fabian is now my go to guy for my next car purchase, thanks again, you rock. PS. We love our 2014 Smart Brabus, if you have not seen one, give Fabian a call he will hook you up.
