We were looking for an E-Class Mercedes for almost six...

We were looking for an E-Class Mercedes for almost six months. We stumbled upon RBM North when trying to find the Sandy Springs location. It must have been fate, because we met Paul Miller and he provided us an awesome buying experience. Paul's personality is warm and inviting. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We purchased that very day! Paul continues to provide us excellent customer service. Paul is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand, helping us to decide the best car to fit our needs. Since our purchase Paul has continued to keep in touch to make sure we are completely satisfied. We are now happy to be a part of the RBM family, thanks to Paul Miller.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience! Very Professional, No pressure...Forced to find a car quickly ...my paid for Mercedes CLK320 had been totaled a couple of weeks prior. As a sales person myself I didn't want to buy a car without doing my research. I looked at used and new. Not looking forward to upcoming interactions with the infamous car salesman....I would pull into various dealers throughout Atlanta, park as far as I could from the showroom and walk around to see what CLA250's were on their lots. Inventories were low for sure...My salesman, Paul Miller, happened to be putting on sold sticker on one of the CLA250's in their lot....that was his story anyway...LOL...He knew all there was to know about the "2014 CLA 250". Once I drove the car I was sold. Paul came in on his day off, came in at 7:30 am on a Saturday. The entire staff went above & beyond on every level. Best part my paperwork was done ahead of time. No sitting in the Finance managers office for hours of negotiations. Signed, Sealed, Delivered...Painlessly... I Love, Love.... My New Mercedes-Benz! Thank you RBM Atlanta North!

Bill was such a fabulous sales person last October...

Bill was such a fabulous sales person last October selling us our SMART, we are revisiting RBM again soon for our next vehicle. He was attentive and followed up with us regularly. Bill made sure it was an easy deal for us. We have also been back for scheduled service and the team in that area was fantasitic as well.

I have been in the market for new vehicle for a while now...

I have been in the market for new vehicle for a while now and did not have much luck until I went to RBM of Atlanta-North. I was referred to Reza by my parents who had purchased a Mercedes from RBM. From the beginning, Reza was always professional and courteous. He was informative but never pushy. I am so happy with my new car and my overall experience at RBM! Ask for Reza :)

Customer Service

I walked in RBM North knowing what model Car I like . We met Reza Azizi at the door he showed us few with different options. We liked the one inside the show room few minutes later paid the deposit and got our delivery of the car two days before the original date. It was smoothest car buying experience I have ever had.. Mr Azizi made it easy without any pressure.

Excellent Service

I had the best experience at RBM of Atlanta-North in buying my first Mercedes. Usually went i go to a car dealership, it would take forever to have someone assist me with service, but i received help as soon as i got there. David Want was very helpful and straight to the point. He treated me like i was important. David Wang went above and beyond in finding the prefect Mercedes for me. He found everything that i wanted in a Mercedes. With all the questions i had and there were many, David was there to answer it. I would recommend David Wang to anyone that is thinking of buying a car. A+++ Service and A+++ product. P.S. Change of review

I initially gave David Wang, Salesman for RBM a great rating. This was just after buying my car. He made it sound like he would be my concierge for anything I needed for the car. I didn't expect that but it was nice. He told me that this level of service is why he has "client's for life". Unfortunately, like many salespeople, once the sale is closed, the service stops. I called and emailed him a couple of times shortly after buying the car regarding wanting to purchase an upgrade for the car and needing to have service. His responses were short. Basically an attitude of "call this guy, not my job anymore. I already made the sale." I was very disappointed. I will not be a customer for life. The dealership is nice though. Service department is very friendly and efficient. I would buy a car from this dealership but would choose another salesperson.
