I was quite impressed by quality of attention and...

I was quite impressed by quality of attention and assistance I received during my recent purchase with RBM North of Atlanta. Although I was contacted by Fabian to follow-up on my initial visit to RBM North, I never experienced the 'pushy' attitude that I experienced from other dealers. Throughout my purchase experience, they were attentive to my goals in a car and also financially and perhaps most importantly (at least for me) honest. Thanks for all your help RBM North / Fabian!

I was very impressed with the professionalism Ms. Duster displayed, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I am looking to purchase and offered me the type of options I was seeking. I was very comfortable working with her and feel she really has my best interest in mind and keep me at ease while making recommendations, and addressed all of my concerns. Great customer service and staff!!

My sales lady name Ramona was amazing, pacience and extremely friendly. She will for eve be my cars sales lady. I also recommend the entire staff at RBM of Alpharetta they were great and worked as a team to make my experience a great one.

What a great car buying experience! Dealing with Reza...

What a great car buying experience! Dealing with Reza Azizi was about as pleasant an experience as one could have and nothing like any car buying experience I had had before. Although I live only 2 miles from a dealership in Buckhead, I had heard and read such good things about RBM North that I decided to do my first test drive there. Within 1.5 hours I had driven the CLA250 and negotiated a deal. They were genuinely concerned that I was getting the car and the features I wanted. I had gone in not wanting the Sport package. Reza had me look at it and in the end that is what sold me on the car. The deal we negotiated was very fair....dare I say, a little better than I had hoped for. Great people and great dealership! Definitely worth going out of your way.

Bought our first Mercedes Benz (2014 ML 350) from...

Bought our first Mercedes Benz (2014 ML 350) from RBM-North. The dealership facility is World Class....every touch point is customer focused. Fabian was oustanding......his "customer first" attitude and engagement during the whole Merc buying process was WORLD CLASS. In my books he is the Best of the Best! Will be buying my 2nd Merc (most likey a E350) from him next year. The finance director (Ms. Sharon Thompson) was excellent too.......whole process was concluded in less than 20 mins. Sincere thanks to Fabian and Sharon for the memorable experience while buying our first Mercedes. You are great! Cheers, Naved & Maisha

Buy from David Wang, Sales Associate,! He is just wonderful. My husband and I purchased our first Mercedes yesterday and David made the experience even more exciting. He was helpful in every step. He took the time to move cars so we could compare colors, wheels, etc in order to make our final decision. David is knowledgeable in every detail of Mercedes. He was able to answer our questions before we asked! David was faithful to do what it took to get the car, price, and service we deserved. Thank you, David!

It was such a pleasure purchasing my vehicle with Reza at RBM of Atlanta-North. He brought such ease and satisfaction in my whole purchasing experience. I felt more like family than a customer. This is our second Mercedes-Benz. We purchased our first car from Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. While that experience was good, we would rank the process at RBM as great! Paul Miller, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he have an intricate knowledge of every vehicle we looked at, but he also made every step from trade-in to drive-off stress free. His level of service secured our business with both Mercedes-Benz and RBM of Atlanta - North versus the competition. We had very specific needs and do not pick cookie cutter cars. Paul was able to find the perfect car that balanced all of our desires and fit into our budget.
