Mr. Miller calls himself "the Mercedes Man". He is indeed. He shows the class and performance of MB. The best sales person that I have ever dealt with.

The entire car buying experience at RBM of Atlanta-North...

The entire car buying experience at RBM of Atlanta-North was pleasant and enjoyable from start to finish. The employees were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Our salesperson, Reza Azizi, was very helpful in assisting us to find the perfect vehicle with no high pressure sales tactics. He was very patient and provided us with a most appealing offer for our older model trade- ins. He also recommended but did not push us to purchase an extended warranty and extra wheel and tire coverage. We did get the wheel and tire coverage which will pay for itself after one replacement. Finally, he was able to get us a very low interest financing deal with Mercedes Benz. The ride up GA 400 to RBM of Atlanta-North was well worth the trip and we will most likely use their well-appointed service department as well. Kudos to all!!

Well Worth the Trip Up Georgia 400!!

Professional and trustworthy are two words that...

Professional and trustworthy are two words that immediately come to mind when I think of our salesman, Mr. Paul Miller. My husband and I had a great experience when purchasing our vehicle at RBM Atlanta/North. Mr. Miller answered all of our questions and we feel every effort was made to satisfy our needs. We really appreciated his patience, he was not hurried (so many people are) and we did not feel rushed. We will certainly recommend RBM Atlanta/North to our family and friends. A. Johnson

Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I were in the market for a car for our soon to be 16 yr. old daughter. We found a listing for a 2012 GLK on the internet and expressed an interest in the car. Mr. Andrew Solomon contacted us immediately by email and phone offering to assist us. He was extremely helpful and professional. We live in Alabama so we had to rely on Mr. Solomon to handle everything on his end. He described everything about the vehicle in detail - even sent a text photo of a nickel - sized scratch to let us know in case that would be a problem. It had not scratched through the paint so it's doubtful my daughter would have even noticed, but he was concerned enough to let us know. He had the car detailed and in immaculate condition when I arrived to pick it up. It honestly looked brand new with the exception of the barely noticeable scratch. He was open and honest and went above and beyond to help us with this important purchase. The facilities were beautiful, clean and welcoming. Everyone I came in contact with was as friendly and helpful as they could be. This truly was a wonderful experience and if we are ever in the market for another Mercedes, we will without hesitation buy from Mr. Andrew Solomon again!

Fabian is the MAN! He was super helpful and...

Fabian is the MAN! He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the 2008 Toyota Rav4 Limited that I purchased. I loved the fact that Fabian showed me a spreadsheet of this same car and the prices listed for it within a 500 mile radius. It definately sold me on the fact that I was getting a great deal and that I didn't need to look any further for the car I wanted. My whole experience at RBM North was very positive and everyone was friendly. I did not feel pressured and Lisa in finance was great in getting me wrapped up quickly so that I could get back to work:) They also gave me a good deal on my trade-in and getting financed through them was painless. I'm extremely happy with my new SUV and I would definitely recommend RBM North to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Fantastic experience!

Found RBM online, after we got totally screwed over by the Benz dealership in Birmingham. I found them online and we drove all the way from Birmingham Alabama. they made the trip very worth while. Everyone was fantastic to work with! Especially David Wang. He got everything done super fast and made us feel great! very responsive even though we were dealing with each other from a distance. Highly recommend!
