I purchased a GLK from Greg Lapina at RBM-North last...

I purchased a GLK from Greg Lapina at RBM-North last week. The experience was pleasant, the people were friendly, and Greg was very helpful. He took time to be sure I was comfortable with the operation of the car and helped me with my Bluetooth settings. I would definitely buy from Greg again.

We own a small business and chose to invest in a SmartCar...

We own a small business and chose to invest in a SmartCar and wrap it, rather than put double the monthly money into a billboard. We were THRILLED with 1) the Smart Car purchase plan, and 2) the excellent service and care given to us by Fabian and Sharon. We will be purchasing our entire fleet from Fabian in the future. We can recommend this dealer 100%. No pressure. Fun experience. Enthusiastic and passionate staff. And most of all, the BEST deal on a rolling billboard! THANK YOU, RBM OF ATLANTA! We'll be back!

FIRST BENZ!

The best hassle free buying experience! Greg Lapina worked very closely with me to get me in the car that was right for me and now what he would of liked me to buy. I have been to other dealers and did not get the same pleasant treatment as I did with RMB. Highly recommend!!

I had started my seach online about a week ago. I made an...

I had started my seach online about a week ago. I made an inquiry on a E350 that was posted on Cars.com. Andrew Soloman responded to my inquiry within an hour. I explained to him that I am in Greenville, SC and would need close preliminary pricing on my trade-in before making the two hour trek to Alpharetta. Agreeable numbers were presented. Upon arrival; Andrew met in in front of the dealership with a smile and a handshake. Paperwork was completed within the hour with NO amendments to the pre-negotiated price. Andrew was thorough and patient explaining the operational functionality of the car. Both he and Lisa Brennan were a pleasure to work with. I will certainly recommend RBM and Andrew to others. I stopped in to look at some GLK 350s that I was...

I stopped in to look at some GLK 350s that I was interested in. I did not have an appointment. Craig Whitley helped me and was very patient even though he was extremely busy and had other customers who had appointments. I found the perfect vehicle at a good price. I was also surprised that their finance department was able to beat USAA by a full percent on the financing. This was easily the best buying experience I have ever had.

My 1st Benz!!

WOW, what a great hassle free experience! I was truly amazed by the efforts and willingness to help me find the right MB for me! Greg Lapina was the most patient with a great attitude sales rep. I have ever dealt with. They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! I have had a lot worse experiences when I visited Nissan dealer and was not sure what to expect with Mercedes. Never the less, they surprised and exceeded my expectations. You must see Greg Lapina, works hard to get you in what you will be happy with and not what he would like you to get! :D I highly recommend this dealer!

Great service and Friendly people!

RBM Atlanta-North definitely exceeded my expectations. I came in and leased a Smart Pure Coupe and Bill Favini was the sales associate helping us out. He was excellent in service, very knowledgeable and professional. Bill answered all of my questions and made the whole process very smooth and pain free! RBM North has a great group of people working there who are all very friendly and the environment is nice and relaxing as well. Would definitely recommend seeing Bill Favini at RBM Atlanta-North for any Smart car/Mercedes purchase.

Three months ago we were in the market for a luxury car. I had almost decided on a BMW, but knew that one of my best friends had recently purchased an E350 from RBM North. Once I visited RBM North, had driven an E350 Bluetec diesel, and experienced the staff there, I never looked anywhere else again. Bill Winslow was a knowledgeable, professional salesman that I would highly recommend. The whole experience, sales, delivery, and financing, was a pleasure!

Our recent experience at RBM of Atlanta-North was...

Our recent experience at RBM of Atlanta-North was brilliant. I came to RBM North for a pre-owned vehicle (2008 Volvo) that had just been listed on their website the previous day. I was put in touch with Mr. David Wang who took care of us every step of the way. I came in for a test drive on a Wednesday afternoon, brought my wife back the next afternoon for her test drive, and we had a new car by Friday. Even though we were purchasing a pre-owned non-Mercedes, we were treated with the utmost respect and class in a very relaxed and friendly environment. David arranged for some cosmetic touchup and maintenance at no extra charge, and had it looking super fresh when we came to pick it up. The whole process couldn't have been simpler and more satisfying. I cannot recommend David enough, he really went the extra mile to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase.
