David was extremely enthusiastic and professional from the initial phone call to make an appointment to greeting us at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in & really went to bat for us to get a fair price for the new car and our trade in. Sometimes the new car process can be so stressful but he made it a positive experience! We will definately refer him to our friends & family. He obviously loves his job & is so proud of the product he sells...

Bill Favini was extremely professional with my car...

Bill Favini was extremely professional with my car experience. I preferred to deal with most of my communication via email and Bill did a wonderful job in answering my questions. We had a quick 10 minute phone call to discuss some options and he provided me an excellent price for a new Mercedes E350. I would definitely recommend him and the RBM dealership.

We are thrilled with our C250, and with our shopping and buying experience with RBM North! Greg Lapina was the BEST! He really listened to us - he understood exactly what we were looking for, our timetable and our budget. He worked really hard - and with a great deal of patience - to find exactly what we wanted. The dealership has a great atmosphere, with a large selection of new and certified cars. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience! The service department was very efficient, informative and professional, with great attention to detail. Greg's follow-up in the last 2 weeks since our purchase has also been impressive - we look forward to a long relationship with RBM North, and with Greg!

Great car buying experience.

I worked with Nick Underwood to purchase a used car for my daughter from RBM Atlanta North's inernet sales department. Nick and the rest of the staff made this the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had. Nick was very responsive and answered all my questions. They had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership which made closing the deal quick and painless. I feel that I was treated fairly and that everyone at the dealership acted in a very friendly and professional manner. My daughter is thrilled with the car. I highly recommend RBM Atlanta North the next time you are in the market for a car.
