My wife and I were considering a new small SUV to replace...

My wife and I were considering a new small SUV to replace a currently owned vehicle. We decided to visit RBM North with no prior discussions about choosing a Mercedes-Benz or RBM. We were greeted by Fabian Tafur upon our arrival, and over the next few hours he provided the courteous and knowledgable sales information that we expect when considering a luxury vehicle like M-B. Fabian not only described the features and options available to the ML 350, but made sure we were able to experience the differences first-hand by allowing us to test drive several models (gasoline and diesel). When we returned several days later to complete our purchase, Fabian and the finance staff stayed after hours to ensure we were able to drive our new vehicle home that evening. Again, when providing financing options RBM carefully and accurately explained the options so that we were well-informed. During the process, Fabian kept in contact with us but was not pressuring us for a sale in any way. It was refreshing to work with someone who wanted to be certain that we had everything we needed to make an informed decision.

My Fiancé was looking for a 2012 Honda CRV-EX-L, she located one at RBM Of Atlanta North in Alpharetta GA, We did and an inquire and drove to the dealership and met Nick Underwood. I myself also a car salesman and quite familiar with the process of selling a vehicle and wasn’t looking forward to the back and forth haggling. Nick Underwood was very friendly and non-aggressive, we like his personality and salesmanship upon meeting him. We test drove the car and got to know Nick better. At that point we knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle from him. We were unable to make a deal on the 1st attempt. We left and looked at other CRV’s with fewer miles with lower prices at other dealerships. We worked out some numbers and decided to return to RBM Of Atlanta North and do a deal with Nick. It was his personality, character, openness and non-aggressive approached that finalized our decision to return and purchase a vehicle from him, We also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Brennan in Finance, she was absolutely great!!!!! Nick Underwood and Lisa Brennan are true assets to RBM Of Atlanta North, Thanks Nick and Lisa regarding a great experience We enjoyed meeting you both and purchasing a vehicle from you, Yours Truly William and Evon

Working with Bill Favini was a real pleasure. It was a welcome experience not to be greeted at the door with a barrage of hungry agents. I felt no pressure most dealers are noted for. We in the public expect to be pushed and shoved into deals. Nothing like that happened with Bill. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. A very welcome change. Every thing was explained to me in detail with no surprises. The dealership was clean and neat. I would recommend a visit with Bill if you have reason to buy a car.

Wonderful Experience

I just purchased my second Mercedes from Andy Sayers at RBM of Atlanta North. The experience was the best I have had. It was easy, not the usual two hour wait to pay etc. Every expectation that was set for me, was accomplished in a short time frame. I also, have worked with Dan in service. He is great to work with and does his job exceedingly well. I have no hesitation in referring RBM to one and all.
