Easiest Car Buying Experience I Ever Had

I dealt with David Wang, a true gentleman and professional. He gave an excellent presentation and demo, and was fair when it came time to make a deal. It was a pleasure to deal with him and RBM North.

Fantastic experience!

Found RBM online, after we got totally screwed over by the Benz dealership in Birmingham. I found them online and we drove all the way from Birmingham Alabama. they made the trip very worth while. Everyone was fantastic to work with! Especially David Wang. He got everything done super fast and made us feel great! very responsive even though we were dealing with each other from a distance. Highly recommend!

After being treated poorly at our local MB dealer my...

After being treated poorly at our local MB dealer my Husband and I drove 2 hours to RBM North to see if they had the ML350 that we had been looking for. Rick had previously communicated with me by email regarding one that had just come in and when we arrived he was very kind to show it to us and have us drive it even though it had literally just been delivered and had not yet gone through service/detail. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. Rick was great at helping us negotiate a great price and in getting the vehicle ready for us to come back one week later for delivery. We LOVE our new ML350 and due to the OUTSTANDING service from Rick and all the family at RBM North, we will make them our go to MB dealer.

RBM North was the first dealership I visited in my quest...

RBM North was the first dealership I visited in my quest for an SUV with a third row. I planned on visiting several locations to find the perfect car for me. I never visited a different dealership. Fabian Tafur is the friendliest, most down to earth salesman with whom I have worked. We tested a couple of cars that day, but could not find the perfect one for me at that time. He worked with me for a few months always keeping me informed of new inventory without pressuring. Ultimately, he found exactly what I was looking for and made certain the car was available for me. I bought it that day, and so far I have been extremely pleased. In the middle of my search, I took my wife to him and we were able to find the perfect Certified Pre-Owned for her. After buying two cars from him, I have introduced my neighbor to him.

Fabian was very pleasant and informative. He spent a lot of time with me showing me different models and explaining all the specifications and features. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. Fabian was very professional and down to earth. He never pressured me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I Highly recommend Fabian Tafur and RBM of Atlanta North.

Buy From David Ellis and also See Anna Deblois!

If you are in the market for a Mercedes, David Ellis at RBM North is the person to go see. Very professional but personable and a treatment that will definitely stick in mind long after you had purchased your vehicle. David is so attentive to your requests and goes out of his way to make things happen. David will not stop working for you till you are fully satisfied and also till he got all your questions answered. It's David's competence and cheerful attitude, coupled with super experience that made me make a decision to purchase my car there at RBM North. Did I mention that no other dealer in GA was able to beat their sale price? I highly recommend this dealership and this super charged sales person, but regardless, make sure you stop by and say hello to Anna Deblois, one of the absolute best sales managers I have ever dealt with!
