My recent experience purchasing a new used car was excellent. I was introduced to Reza Azizi by a neighbor and he was first-class all the way. We needed a car in a hurry after having one stolen on a trip out of town. Reza saw that everything was lined up quickly and thoroughly. Rick Seltzer was my sales person at RBM North. He is knowledgable about the cars but the best part was he was not a pushy salesman. We went there to the dealership on 3 separate occasions and test drove several cars. He was very understanding of our requirements and made appropriate suggestion in selecting our new vehicle. I am very pleased with the treatment I received at this dealership and would definitely recommend my friends to go see Rick when they are in the market for a new or Pre-owned Mercedes Benz.

Bill Favini is a gentlema and a pleasure to deal with. The RBM North show room is very comfortable and low key. Bill understood what I was looking for and had me in a 2011 certified E350, the color and trim I wanted, in literally a matter of minutes. I don't trade often, but I know what I want when it's time. Special kudos to Teresa Cox and the RBM North Service Team for taking such good care of my 2002 E320 over the years.
