Buying a car can sometimes be compared to a visit to the dentist, I can tell you from my experience that a visit to RBM of Atlanta was anything but that. I met my salesman Bill Favini and after a few minutes of conversation we discussed some options and my personal needs. A very friendly and personable man he was not your "usual" pushy car salesman. He took time to explain the packages offered and once narrowed down took me on a test drive which made my decision easy. Within a short period of time I was on my way home with a certified MB used auto. I feel I'v made a friend in Bill and RBM and will surely recomend them to friends and associates. Best and Easiest buying Expereience...
When my wife and I drove up to RBM North we did not expect the professional and courteous treatment we received from our sales person Rick Seltzer. Rick was immediately in tune with our needs and recommended the perfect vehicle, GLK350...we love it! Not too big, not too small with the right amount of power! We then were introduced to Peter Leavy the General Sales Mananger who immediately made us aware of some incentives that Mercedes Benz was offering...no gimmicks, just real good incentives! Since it was late in the afternoon, we came back the next day to pick up our 2012 GLK350, no fuss no muss, just one of the best buying experiences I've had in a long time! I would highly recommend doing business with these two fine gentlemen...you will leave with a smile on your face! Three weeks later we went back and purchased a SMART car from Rick and Peter, what else can I say!

We were in the process of buying a used ML 320 & wanted it looked at by a 3rd party. They were happy to help and gave honest feedback. The one thing they "found" was that one of the fluid levels needed topping off & they took care of that as well!

We originally went to RBM North to look at a used ML 350. Nick Underwood spent all the time we needed discussing the available options as well as pointing out some attractive New Vehicle Options.
