David Wang is a superior salesperson that listens to what the clients needs are and finds the proper vehicle. This is the third automobile that I have purchased from David Wang and I would highly recommend him to both friends and family, as well as the general public. You will not find a more caring salesperson than David Wang. The dealership is also top notch and goes out of it's way to make the customer feel special and unique. My next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership and I look forward to working with David Wang again in the future.

Have bought new and used from RBM and have had all my Mercedes serviced at the dealership. They get 5 stars from me. They have always been fair, prompt, and extremely courteous. Dan Berry in service, and Bill Favini in sales are fantastic. If you are interested in a new or used MB, call Bill--you will enjoy the experience. There's no hassle, easiest car buying experience you will ever have.

Quick and super responsive

I found what appeared to be the perfect car for my daughter online so I was skeptical about the options listed and the ultra-low mileage. My query was immediately returned by Nick, who walked me through all the details of the vehicle, and confirmed the options, condition, mileage and price. He then followed up with additional documentation in email and won my business on the same day. I am impressed with RBM and am thankful to have found them -- even though I live in another state!

Our overall exprecnce was great. Everyone we came in contact with, from the receptionist at the front to finance, was very personable and informative. We felt we were treated fairly and respectfully. The dealship was hospitable, providing us with snacks and drinks during our visit. I would confidently recommend this dealership and return to this dealership for future purchases.

What a great car buying experience!!! I didn't feel pressured to make a deal, but I wanted to buy a car from them. Most car dealers get a bad rap for being too pushy or overly agressive. Rick shows that you can still sell a car, without having the stereotype of the typical car salesman. Kudos to you and your team at RBM! I would definitely recommend and would consider buying another car from them in the future.

Recently on a Sunday, our new Mercedes ML350 BlueTec had...

Recently on a Sunday, our new Mercedes ML350 BlueTec had a warning message appear on the dash. We called RBM of Atlanta-Cumming the next day (Monday) immediately after the service center opened. We were told not to worry, but they wanted to check it out. We were given an appointment at our convenience soon after work. Our experience at RBM of Atlanta-Cumming (Georgia) was incredible. We were met immediately by a friendly service person and treated with the upmost respect and consideration. The car was checked out thoroughly. The warning light turned out to be a glitch in the computer system—nothing serious. We were back on the road headed for home is less than an hour. Every experience we have had at RBM of Atlanta-Cumming from the sales to the service has been great!! We have recommended RBM of Atlanta-Cumming to our friends and family.

I was a first time MB buyer and well maybe not your...

I was a first time MB buyer and well maybe not your typical buyer. I bought a 06 e350 wagon for my wife and growing family. Quite certain it was the least expensive item on the lot. The level of service I recieved was amazing you would of thought I was buying a new AMG or something. Highly recommended I will be back To RBM when it's time for something new. KB

David was very enthusiastic about what has to be the...

David was very enthusiastic about what has to be the least expensive vehicles they offer. It was his enthusiasm that really turned my wife around in her thinking on this vehicle. Its price was fantastic, the mileage is awesome, and the level of customer service provided by David and others we observed while there was better than I ever would have expected from any dealership let alone a Mercedes dealership.
