As I was searching the web for a new car that would fit...

As I was searching the web for a new car that would fit my budget, I came across the ad for the smart car and their current lease offering. The closest delership was RBM North on MacFarland. Initially, I was somewhat hesitant but decided to give it a try. Upon entering the dealership, I was met by Greg Lapina. Stated what I was interested in, down payment I had, and my overall goal. Mr. Lapina was attentive, receptive, funny and empathetic. Long story short, I am now in a smart passion and absolutely LOVE the car!!! Mr. Lapina has followed through with follow-up calls to see how I'm doing, if I have any additional questions or concerns, has offered additional help to learn all the ins and outs of my new car. I had visited 6 other dealerships prior to visiting RBM and can say my experience at RBM far exceeded my expectations. I felt I was treated as if I had been a long-standing Mercedes Benz customer, that my business was as important as someone who was buying a CLS550, and did not feel at any time that I was being rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate the experience and would recommend Mr. Lapina, Peter (sales manager) and Sharon (finance) for your next car buying experience. Thank you to all who contributed to me experience.

Great Job David Wang and RBM North

Another fantastic transaction with David Wang on RBM North in Alpharetta, GA. On 5/5/12 we just purchased our second car in three years from David. The RBM North team has always courteous and diligent in trying to meet our needs from all perspectives, new, used, and service.

great expereince to buy a GLK350

I had a old car to trade in to buy a new Benz SUV GLK350. But when my car drove over there, it can not start up. David Wang and the manager did a lot of efforts to help me solving this problem. Finally this issue was solved and I also got a good deal to buy a new SUV. I am happy to work with David Wang. He made the whole purchase process very friendly and smoothly. The manager is nice as well. I highly recommend David Wang and this dealership.

Best car buying experience yet

Treated with respect and minimal "games". Staff is always pleasant and attentive. I hope I never have to buy a car anywhere else because I am sure it will be a let down.

He has great knowledge about all models, he could come up with very important suggestions during our buying process. He introduced me to other professionals in service department and they are no less than best in business.
