Andy Sayers is a very easy person to deal with when it...

Andy Sayers is a very easy person to deal with when it comes to buying a car. He is very willing to go as far as he can go to get you the deal you need. I went in and gave him a budget, and he showed me a few cars, some of which were north of my number. He is up front about what can and cannot be done, and has no reservations about offering alternative solutions. When things came to a standstill, he was quick to go straight to the top and get the General Manager (Randy Powell) involved until we came to acceptable terms. The three of us sat together and worked all the numbers until everyone was happy. Concessions were made on both sides, but it was all very comfortable and friendly with absolutely zero pressure tactics involved. They truely want your business. I'd do it again in a blink. I visited several car dealers in my search and these people worked the hardest to get my business - so they got my business.

David is the consumate professional. He greeted my wife...

David is the consumate professional. He greeted my wife and I at the door with a warm handshake and a big smile. We immediately advised David that our 2008 BMW was coming off-lease and we were simply shopping -- we planned to look at several makes and models before making a decision. David listened attentively and guided us through the current inventory based on our needs and lifestyle. After looking at several new and used models, David showed us a late-model C300 with low mileage. We took the vehicle for a test drive and quickly came to the conclusion that this car was made for us! When we returned to the dealership, I was concerned this vehicle would not be available when we are ready. David conferred with his Sales Manager and made us an offer we couldn't refuse -- an offer that made my lease buyout a moot point. We have owned our C300 for one week. I realized I'd forgotten how much fun driving can be! We are planning on visiting David when my wife's BMW lease comes due next year.

This is second car I have purchased from Bill Favini and...

This is second car I have purchased from Bill Favini and he is the reason I came back to RBM of Atlanta North Mercedes Benz. He truly cares about his customers and fully understands that your happiness and satisfaction is what matters. He is very knowledgeable and has ability to make you feel really comfortable while in his care. I HIGHLY recommend if you want someone that is in no way pushy, gives severice long after the sale, and will give you information to make the decision best for you give Bill a call or go by and ask for him - you will as pleased as I.

As a guy in my early 20s, I've found that most luxury car...

As a guy in my early 20s, I've found that most luxury car dealerships tend to see me as a waste of time. This was not the case at RBM North. My sales associate, Adam Denault, was incredibly accommodating, even when I wasn't sure I was going to buy a car there. He was very laid back and genuinely friendly; two things you don't often find in a car salesman. He's also very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars he sells, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. After going to ~15 other car dealerships and being treated like just another customer, I came back to purchase a new GLK350 from RBM North, where I felt like part of a family.

This was a great experience. Adam Denault was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable, courteous and patient salesman during our decision to purchase a new E350. All the departments at RBM, sales, finance and service, are professional and friendly. There was no hard sell. All our questions were answered and Adam helped us pick out the perfect vehicle for us. We are looking forward to buying many more vehicles from Adam and the RBM team!

I did a lot of research before picking a dealership and...

I did a lot of research before picking a dealership and i'm glad i chose RBM North. This was my first new car and was hoping the buying experience would be good. I got better than i expected Reza was very friendly and he patiently answered all my questions.. and i had quite a few. He waited till i was ready to purchase the car and never ever pushed me to complete the deal. The week after i got my car i helped another buddy of mine to buy his car from a honda dealership in town and you cannot imagine the difference in experience, no match to RBM. My next car would be thru RBM again! :)

I recently had a great experience leasing a new MB C300...

I recently had a great experience leasing a new MB C300 while returning a C230 off-lease and trading in an older S420. I didn't think we'd be able to make a deal but, after the usual to and fro, we were able to agree on a price and I am delighted with the new car. The person we worked with was Adam Denault and he was always professional, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend RBM North and especially Adam.

This is my second purchase with RBM Mercedes in the last...

This is my second purchase with RBM Mercedes in the last four years. Obviously, as a returning client was well satisfied on my first purchase. On this new purchase I had narrowed my selection to two car selections. My dealings with Adam were very professional and he did not high pressure me into a sale. I liked this about him especially he knew we were looking at Cadillac and never talked down about the compeitition. I was seriously looking at the Cadillac CTS only since I had never owned a Cadillac and was interested in the four-year free maintenance program. Once I visited RBM and had a chance to review and compare Mercedes to Cadillac, the value I perceived favored my selection of the Mercedes. Qulaity and maintenance are key considerations of why I selected the GLK350. I feel the price points are one of my decision points for the purchase. I plan to keep this car about three years and then will buy another car most likely from RBM. The entire staff has worked with me both on my 2007 purchase and now most recently with the 2011. The maintenance department is one of the best I have used. Always upfront and will keep your car with them until all maintenance issues on resolved. This is never an issue since they always have you ina brand new loaner vehicle. For anyone new to Mercedes and RBM, you will never be happier in driving and owning this vehicle. The cost may be a little higher, howevr you will find very quickly this is the right car for you.

I had a great experience in getting my first Mercedes...

I had a great experience in getting my first Mercedes Benz from RBM North. David came to my wife and I with a great smile when we first stepped in the show room. He was very knowledgable in all aspect of the car. He helped us in getting the price that we felt reasonable for our E350. All i can say is he is one of a kind and very funny to deal with.

What can I say aboout RBM North and Reza!! I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from RBM North and it was as awesome as I thought it should be with purchasing such a fine automobile. Even though Reza was working with 2 other customers at the same time he was helping me, he still made my wife and I feel comfortable and kept us informed on the whole process. He was very helpful with the vehicle itself and had a vast knowlege of the vehicle we were purchasing. I can highly recommend Reza to anyone that is the market to purchase a Mercedes. The dealership was immaculate and all the employes were very nice. I highly recommend RBM North if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes.
