My husband travels extensively and, as in many...

My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. So I was somewhat anxious when I had to take my C-Class in for an unexpected service when my husband was traveling. But my husband had arranged everything with Duane Udo. Duane met me as I pulled in and took care of everything. Duane is so nice and so easygoing – he put me at ease and my experience was wonderful. Thank you!!

Excellent service. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get a car from out of state for a decent price. Financing was a breeze. The follow up visist were received courteously. The sales associate was very helpful even after we made the purhase.

Out of all the cars I have ever owned. I have never dealt with anyone as Great as Duane. He is great at what he does. It is alway a pleasure to work with him. I wish he work for Ferrari as well so he can handle the service for my F430 as well. I feel as if I am his only customer when I am there.

What a pleasure working with Adam. He is the "GENUINE ARTICLE" when it comes to car salesmen. I felt he had our interest at heart during the entire transaction process. Could not be more pleased with the vehicle and with Adam's exceptional cooperation with us. Will definitely recommend him and the dealership to my friends.

I worked for over a month with Adam Denault to find the right new vehicle at the right price. Both my wife and I were very comfortable working with him. He was always very informative, provided thorough answers to our questions and requests. He was not overly pushy but stayed engaged throughout the process right up to signing and delivery. I would recommend Adam and RBM North to anyone interested in buying a car. Paul Medeiros

My girlfriend and I were looking for a 2010 C300 loaner...

My girlfriend and I were looking for a 2010 C300 loaner to buy and after visiting RBM's website we were convinced that this was the dealership for us. After driving nearly two hours early on a Saturday morning, Adam Denault walked out to talk to us on the lot and help us find the car we wanted. We especially liked that he was never pushy in that "used-car salesman" kind of way that we had experienced at some other dealerships during our search. He was also very knowledgeable about the car's features and options. RBM had a solid selection of loaners of which to choose and their starting prices were reasonable. The car we eventually bought had some minor blemishes and Adam was very helpful in getting the car detailed before we took it home. We are very particular about things and we could tell he picked up on this and made sure the car was in the best possible condition when we came back to pick it up. It pleased us a great deal to know we were dealing with a salesman who was eager to make the customer happy. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience at RBM and even plan to make the drive north each year to have our car's regular service at the dealership.

I initially visited the dealership as part of the USAA car buying program. They were all very familiar with the process and were totally cooperative - unlike another dealership I visited. Everyone with whom I came into contact was friendly and professional.

My first time to buy a mercedez and rbm north made the experienced effortless.We waited a long while to make the car ready but Adam Denault made sure that I will be happy and very satisfied customer.He even worked with us the price that we liked to pay on the car and that's a big plus for me.I highly recommend this dealership and so come and get your new mercedez!!!

I have primarily dealt with Duane Udo, and he and the other service advisors have always been great to deal with. Their prices for repais have been very competitive, and their amenities are great, too. They always have a free loaner available, even when I have driven up with an immediate repair need. They also have a cool system that scans your vehicle and checks you in upon arrival.

Working with RBM north is truly a great experience, especially Dan Berry. Dan is a true professional that always gets the job done and is very dedicated to his work. I know I have choices where I can get my car serviced but because of Dan, I choose to go to RBM North.
