We decided to buy my step daughter her first car. We actually went to two dealerships before Automax. At the first one we weren’t even acknowledged. At the second, they had hardly any cars under 20k (we weren’t going to spend more than 10k on a 16year old’s first car). When we got to Automax they were actually closing but the sales rep talked to us for a minute and found out what we were looking for. It turned out he had exactly what she wanted in the back. So we scheduled a test drive the next day and fell in love. The sales man was very friendly and not pushy at all. We told them we were already working with a loan officer at the bank and they gave us all the paper work we needed and we completed everything with the bank the next day. Came back with my step daughter and the car was ready and we signed some papers and left. The most painless car transaction I’ve ever had. They have a great variety of cars in all price ranges and they don’t seem to judge you based on how much you are willing to spend.

Overall good experience. They were friendly enough. I have excellent credit so wish my rate was a little lower but they otherwise gave me a great deal on the car and I love the car.

They were very patient and very informative of their car inventory. They were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They worked with us and we were not pressured.

This is the second car I have bought from auto max. I highly recommend this dealership. Salesmen are friendly and not pushy at all. Finance people make it so simple and fast. Prices are better than fair as well. Check them out.

From test drive to driving off the lot with my new car, it took less than 3 hours. That included a trade in and dealer financing. Each phase had a different, very knowledgeable person working with us that knew exactly what they were doing. There was no stumbling around, no "let me check with someone else". They matched the financing offer I had brought with me and explained everything down to the penny. I've been looking for over a month now, all over central FL, for the car I wanted. I left AutoMax Ocala feeling like I got a great deal, on the exact car I wanted with the most for my trade in.

This was a great car buying EXPERIENCE!!!😊😊😊. I began this experience looking on the website to see what they had to offer. I found many potential that I could be happy with. After I made my selections I sent a message and someone responded quickly asking how he could help me and I explained and he connected me to a salesman name Allen he ask me a few question set up an arrangement to meet the next day. I make it there I was greeted promptly then directed to where I could find Mr Allen very pleasant helpful and was listening to what I wanted while talking bout life sports he was a really nice guy but mostly he help my get what I came for and with his great help and service I left with the car I WANTED. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. The advertising was a little misleading as to features. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.
