Fast and amazing experience!

Allen at automax did an amazing job of helping us get my new car! We were in a rush so he assisted in giving us all the information we needed and getting us in and out extremely fast. I definitely recommend him and Automax for anyone needing a new car!

Great customer service

Dodge Charger GT

The selection of newer cars on this lot is impressive. Tammy was an amazing saleswoman. She took the time to talk to me beforehand so we could narrow down my selections. She listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. She presented the vehicle with a run down on its features with an emphasis on what I was looking for. She treated me like a “guest”. She sold me on the vehicle and made me feel like “this is definitely the car for me”. The only thing I was left with was the decision between a black or white one. Even then she sold me with why the white was a better option for me. She is awesomeness saucemeness. I am so happy with my new car. I will be recommending her to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. Frank and Ryan in finance department were very helpful and the process was absolutely stress free. I highly recommend Tammy and her team.

Very dissatisfied

Ramon was pushy and didn’t appear to be on the same page as me. Even though he said he wanted me to be satisfied, he appeared to have his own agenda. In the end, when I informed him I was not quite convinced, he attacked my personality. I was already frustrated with him because he left me outside in the heat waiting on him on two occasions as he “pulled the car around”. He was more concerned with my employment and how much money I made then trying to help me decide on a car right for me. I am already driving a Dodge, which I love, and he never once showed me another Dodge. His “don’t worry we will get you a price you like” turned out being in the 400 range. Maybe that’s a price he liked, but didn’t thrill me, especially since I have no current car payment and my car is still in fantastic running shape. Frank worked another deal, which made me more comfortable. I was going outside to run everything by a family member when Ramon decided to advise me “of how much work he did with me and how much of his time he took, and for me to let him know when I’m really ready”. REALLY? I must be confused on a salesman’s job. I was under the impression it was to sell me a car, which would require you answering questions about the vehicle, telling me the details of the vehicle and letting me test drive the vehicle. Ramon your a terrible salesman and it’s not my fault that’s the profession you have chosen. I would never buy a car from you and to think your a “top salesman” makes me think I would never buy from a company you represent. Had you attempted to sell me on the car, I would have been more comfortable. The “what are you doing this weekend, and “let’s write up a deal pretty girl” doesn’t cut it for me. I informed you when I arrived that I did not know what I wanted so you had plenty of opportunity to educate me. I even went home the first day and did my own research, but still felt uneducated and uncomfortable. I was under the impression that your job was to educate me and “have me feel like that’s the car for me”. I never once felt that way. I always felt like I was “just settling”. Could have been me and “my personality” but I have never had this experience with another dealership.

Very good and helpful..

I said it all in the title . Ramon that I dealt with went to extremes to be helpful with finding the Jeep that I was looking for. Scott was fast and professional with the paperwork.

Pleased with the experience

Allen Price is great: he listened to my list of wants and made really good suggestions which I had not considered and I’m happy he did because I purchased a car that was not on my radar and I couldn’t be happier. He was patient, not pushy, and had a great positive attitude. Scott in finance has a great sense of humor and made the long part of signing documents easier. The entire process was quick and overall a positive experience. This is my second car purchased here and always my first stop.
