As soon as we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by Allen who was very courteous and professional about everything. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and made me feel at ease, especially since this is my first time buying a car. I would recommend this dealership to anybody without hesitation.

Very disappointed in this experience. My daughter, buying her first car, went in this past Saturday afternoon. Bought a car paying the full listed price on the website. As I said first car buyer. (just fyi: when I called anonymously on the car they said there could be some room for negotiation). Then she traded her car -- getting $5500 for it (she would have EASILY gotten $8900 if selling it herself, probably even more). 36 hours after the deal was made, when I found out the details of the deal, I called the dealership to see if we could get the car back and just put the $5500 down in cash. "Absolutely not" was their answer. To them, bottom line is, contract was signed, there's no going back. So disappointing. Yes, I realize she signed a contract. Yes, I realize they're a business. Yes, I realize she made some poor decisions. But, this is a young girl just starting out. There has to be some place for humanity here. Well, there should be. But there's not with this dealership.

Kelly was amazing! She helped us with every little thing we needed she made sure the vehicle we wanted was perfect for us to take home and she was so patient with us while we worked everything out. Thanks so much to Kelly and the whole team of people that helped us get a better vehicle for our growing family!

It’s just nice to come in to talk to someone and them remember you from the last time you bought a car! James is straight forward and upfront with you which I can respect because I want to be in and out, and I can do that there and feel good about my transaction every-time!!!

My first experience with Automax was 3 years ago. It was simple and stress free. My choice to return was fairly automatic. My sales person Tammy was very helpful and staying in touch throughout the month from my initial visit The Automax team in Ocala is first class!

Sales was a pleasure to deal with could not ask for better...But know your trade in value was not happy the way I was treated in trade in make sure toy know your value they low balled me so deep you would think I was fishing the Mariana trench.Had to walk off the lot 2x before we finally settled on value of the trade. Just a shame took a 5 star experience i would of told everyone about to a 3 star gag me. Now all I can talk about is how bad they tried to stick it to me on trade. I would buy again if they had what i wanted but hope they are less aggravating on trying to trade in a car. Next time i will Leave and not come back .

the car could have been a little cleaner a few little thing missing on the inside other then that everything else so far is fine

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rich (Not your typical used car salesman). We explained what we were looking for, and must-have features to accommodate our newest arrival to our family. He was patient, and explained as much as we needed to hear to make our decision in buying our vehicle. With great trade in value, honest salesman, and experienced financial experts (such as Joe), we will be back when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.
