My husband and I had a great "no pressure" experience here. My husband has been kicking around buying a truck for over a year. He's been checking online prices for awhile but he didn't do it because we really don't "need" it. We stopped at Nissan next door first and they were unable to come to a good enough price for us. On a whim we drove through Automax and saw the same truck we just looked at. Dan Gallagher came right over while we were looking at the truck. It was the same price as next door but one year newer and it was a 4WD which was a bonus to us. After a test drive Dan took us back inside for the mountains of paperwork, not his fault, and getting the final numbers. The whole time Dan was very professional, friendly and got pretty close to the deal we wanted. Frank our finance man and the young woman at the reception area were also very nice and efficient. Overall my husband and I had a very good experience here and we will definitely recommend Automax of Ocala.

I came here to Automax just to look .I was trying to get out of my current vehicle bc i was paying so much in gas each week. I really wanted a truck but I knew with my budget I wasn't gonna be able to afford one right now. Kelly showed me a car that was in my budget and I fell in love with it!! She was very helpful and understanding of my situation. We test drove it and i knew i wanted this car right then . I knew it was within my budget but i didnt think my credit score was high enough. I wouldn't have been able to do this without Kelly and Frank Bradley. You made this possible for me. I am so happy with my new vehicle!! Thankyall so much!! I love you Automax!!!

I don't feel that I got what I should have gotten from my trade in when Kelley blue book value on their site showed completely different from what they gave me I felt that I should have gotten more for my trade I actually traded 2 vehicles kind of felt like I was taking advantage of I think they could have really gotten the price down lower

Tammy was great, she helped me with questions and when we got there she was ready with everything. It took us 45 minutes from test drive to exit and that was with the internet going down for 5 minutes while the temp tag was printing. Frank was awesome too. Overall a great experience and an awesome, well represented truck.

The sale went A LOT easier than most vehicles we have purchased. They have a great selection to pick from. The car we purchased only had one key. We told them it is a must to have a second key and to have one made would cost us $250. Our sales person made it happen. Set the appointment to bring the car in and we were in and out in a timley fashion. Love the vehicle so far. Have had the car leas than a week. Only complaint I have is they pushed Gap insurance and I found out later they get a kick back from the insurance when it is sold when a car is purchased. Other than that over all pleasent experience. I would go back again and have already share our experience with friends.
