2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from these folks. I cannot say enough as to how everyone treats you with respect and they go the extra mile to make the customer experience second to none. From the Sales person we dealt with to the Finance Dept. You guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Excellent my sales person Tammy was the best

Excellent my sales person Tammy was the best and answered every question with expertise. This is my first time buying from Automax but it won’t be my last. Tammy and Dan the finance man were the best I’ve ever dealt with. Great!!!!

Happy Ending

Shopping for a new-to-us car was both exciting and scary. We shopped at several local dealers but were most comfortable at AutoMax. It was there that we met Ramon Young. He was good at listening to our needs and helped us prioritize our wants. We met with Ramon 3 times. He always had a new selection of cars for us to check out as their inventory is constantly changing. Ramon was knowledgeable, patient and always with a smile. He guided us through this process and we are very happy with our final choice.

Car oerchase

Extremly friendly and helpful. Best prices anywhere!! Would recommend to everyone in need of a vehical. I will visit again in a few months to perchase a truck.

Ramone is the BOMB!!!!

I literally have been terrified of car dealerships and the sales people that come chasing out after you, asking a million questions, and worse, trying to tell you which type of vehicle they think you should own. After nearly 3 years of owning a vehicle I was never happy with since the day I bought it, I decided to once again shop around, (no where near the county I live in..) I’ve never been to a “whole sale”, “outlet” type dealership before. As soon as parked my truck in the lot, it took me a few minutes to get out, but when I did, nobody ran over to me! I was able to make it to the front door, a nice lady asked me if I was here to see somebody, which indeed I was. Mr. Ramone. This gentleman got me excited and pumped up for something exciting rather then the typical, “maybe we can help you out”. This man didn’t and wouldn’t take no for an answer! I have never felt so comfortable in a car dealership. I NEVER though I could admit to that!! Ramone was there from start to finish, within two hours I was a proud owner of a new Jeep. I am over the moon happy with the sales people, EVERYONE was so above and beyond amazing, fun, upbeat, and they had personality!! 😉 I appreciate you ALL!! If anybody fears dealerships like I did, just ask for Ramone, I promise he and his team will change your mind!!

Poor Quality

I went to purchase a vehicle from Automax Ocala and all started off well until the deal was done and they handed over the keys to my new vehicle. As I went out to the lot to take the vehicle home I noticed a huge gouge in the front right tire that traveled down the side wall therefore making it a safety hazard so I was unable to leave with my newly purchased vehicle. The sales associate Tammy then gave many apologies and assured me this is extremely uncommon and told me how their vehicles are usually very well inspected but two of the best inspectors went out of town on vacation so it must have "slipped through the cracks." She then promised they would take care of it immediately and get it back to me that day, after about 3 hours I recieved another phone call saying the tire was on it's way and the vehicle would be ready by 4:30. Toward the end of the day I recieved a phone call from Tammy stating that the tire was not on the delivery truck as promised and that I'd have to wait until the following day to get my vehicle. I just feel like I kept getting the run around when honestly this could have all been prevented with thorough quality checks because selling an "unsafe to drive" vehicle to a customer is completely unacceptable! Furthermore I was promised a full tank of gas once everything was said and done but instead was given a $20 voucher to completely fill up a 24.6 gallon gas tank that after the voucher was only half full, overall it was just not a good experience!

Awesome!!!

Our experience was everything! My husband and I are from MS & searched all over for a black exterior & interior 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 Sport with the multi beam active LED headlights. It was hard to find but we did at AutoMax in Ocala, FL. We called & were connected with Rich & it was nothing but excellence from there. After explaining everything to him, he immediately made sure that we would be successful in getting this car. All of the staff at the car lot was friendly & helpful. Thanks for everything!
