Our experience was everything! My husband and I are from MS & searched all over for a black exterior & interior 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 Sport with the multi beam active LED headlights. It was hard to find but we did at AutoMax in Ocala, FL. We called & were connected with Rich & it was nothing but excellence from there. After explaining everything to him, he immediately made sure that we would be successful in getting this car. All of the staff at the car lot was friendly & helpful. Thanks for everything!

I went in knowing what I wanted because I was very nervous but when I met Jesse he was very kind and honest and not pushy he made things happen quick fast and in a hurry I was in kind of in a pinch and he totally made it work for me!! The finance Guy Dan was wonderful as well. very personable and kind and quick just like I needed it to be thank you guys for making this car buying experience amazing and I will definitely tell everyone I know and be back in the future!! I bought a beautiful car and I am so excited to drive it everyday thank you guys!!

Auto Max was a good experience. They had plenty of staff that greeted us as we arrived. My wife was interested in a SUV, but wasn't exactly sure of what she wanted. The big selection of many makes and models really helped in narrowing down the choice. I also liked that every vehicle was clearly priced.

I've been treated so harshly by auto dealerships in the past that I just dred buying cars. This experience has changed that forever and I am truly grateful. Thank you Scott and Gregory for everything ....I was literally out in an hour and a half...an amazing occurrence in my lifetime....I've got to take time to mention the GREAT DEAL I was given.....JUST AWESOME!!!!

I had a Jeep that I lived for years and it was time to retire the poor rusted thing, I pulled into Automax and was greater by a nice gentleman (Edgar) and he worked out all the nasty details of my insurance, trade in, tags negotiations with his manager due to the fact I was paying with a credit card and I only wanted to spend so much on a vehicle. I recommend Automax & Edgar highly. I’ll be back to see them again! ;)

Stopped by the dealership on my day off wasn’t really expecting to purchase a vehicle however was greeted by Trevor who was an outstanding individual and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend your dealership and Trevor. Also Ryan in the finance department was very easy to talk with and had a very pleasant disposition.
