My frustration free purchase of a Grand Cherokee. My sales person "Jesse" was polite and easy going, no pressure tactics, sincere answers to all my questions. And Scott in Finance complemented the deal with straightforward explanations of the financing terms and conditions most important to me he was fast and efficient and no hard sell. Thanks guys I'll be back when I need another vehicle.

This Dealership provided excellent service and good process. It was worth the drive all the way from Oviedo. I recommend this dealership to anyone and will buy there again if possible.

Drew was our salesperson. He was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He never pressured us in any way. Dan our finance manager was also very knowledgeable, answered any questions' we had.

I went to automax knowing what car I wanted. The salesman, Allen, was very helpful and low pressure. He helped make the process quick and painless.

I can only speak for James my salesman and Scott the finance manager in saying they did a stellar job. I’ve owned plenty of vehicles and turned down my fair share of salesman. They were honest, not pushy, and in doing that closed the sale. Great experience will definitely look back into Automax because of them in the near future. Thanks guys.

Overall pleasant experience, our sales guy, David(the younger one) was not pushy at all and did everything in his power to help us. I do have a couple complaints though. They do not hold vehicles! I was in a car accident where my car was totalled, all I was waiting on was the check from the insurance company and they would not hold the vehicle I wanted. This annoyed me the most. I understand they don't like to due to people never coming back, but I had no choice. I even offered to put down a retainer/deposit to hold it, but the answer was still NO. Also, while I was waiting on the check, we negotiated a price and they only took off $500 from their advertised price, even though other dealerships in the area (50 mile radius) had the same vehicle for similar or fewer miles and were asking less, and they said they couldn't match it and the price offered was their best. Came back the next day to purchase it and the online price was less than what we previously negotiated, so obviously it wasn't their best. If I wasn't on a time crunch due to my accident, I would have explored other options to get the best price, but time was tight. But, their prices were better than the other big name dealerships in the area. Most of their vehicles are rental/fleet or leases, not traditional trade in. Overall had a decent experience and would recommend them.

Second time a that I purchase a car with them, very knowledgeable, helpful and super nice... I got a great deal... the whole process was fast and efficient and got the car I wanted. Great experience!

We were shopping for a car for our 16 year old daughter and after stopping at several dealerships where we received little or no service, we stopped at AutoMax. We were greeted by Cash who showed us exactly what we were looking for while giving other options and advice. The entire process was fast and efficient. Scott in finance was speedy and friendly.
