Being a 72 year old woman, I find a lot of car dealers assume that they know more about what I want and need than I do. I was treated with respect and was able to negotiate the deal I needed in order to purchase my vehicle. I had a very positive experience with AutoMax. They were eager to sell the vehicle, but more eager to do all they could to work with me. Ernesto was a delight to work with along with everyone I came in contact with. The gentleman that did my paperwork was also a delight. I can not remember his name. I hate that. With all the paperwork we had to do, he was funny and explaining it to me every step of the way. He made it a very comfortable experience. Everyone from the time i arrived until I left was friendly. Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful experience. Thanks to all of them for a pleasant experience.

Automax stood behind the sale when we noticed a few issues after we signed the paperwork. Issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Michael our sales person was excellent as was Frank the fianance person and the manager. I would highly recommend this dealership for a used vehicle.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased in the last 8 months with Automax. Both times Allen was our salesman. We came back to Automax because we were so impressed with Allen during the first visit. He did not disappoint this time either. I would highly recommend Automax. Not just for the customer service but also because of the quality of cars that they sell. Loving my new Highlander!

So I normally work night shift and was wide awake at 4am and decided to look at cars on a whim. I messaged AutoMax through Facebook and imagine how surprised I was when I received a reply from Tammy at 6am (well before they open @8).... now that's dedication. Hands down the best experience I've had at AutoMax and this is my 3rd SUV from them. Between Tammy's customer service skills and Ryan's magic with numbers I walked out the proud owner of a Chevy Tahoe!
