Easy to work with

This dealership has the best prices in town (I searched), they also worked with me on both overall price and financing to get me the best deal on the truck I wanted. Big thanks to Cash, Ryan, Tony, and Canyon. They also have a nice kids area to keep my littles occupied while we talked numbers.

Great dealership

This is our second car from Tammy. I wasn't very happy with the first car, just not for me, and Tammy went the extra mile for us. The purchase was pretty smooth and quick once a price was agreed on. A couple days after the sale, she went through all the features of the car with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. Being a newer model, I wasn't familiar with all the technology and she took the time. Thanks Tammy!

Used car purchase

Things were okay. I was not happy being yelled at (and yes I said yelled) by the sales manager. My step daughter had a bag o chips stuck in the machine and it was the second bag we bought since the first bag got stuck as well. Then a salesman came over and shook the machine trying to get my bag loose. That is when the manager proceeded to yell across the dealership...you almost lost the sale over that. This is NOT how you treat customers. He could have gotten up to see what the problem was. I am very disappointed in this treatment.

2nd purchase

very smooth process. this is the second car I have purchased so far from this dealer. will use them again in the future if I need another car

Just Looking... Not!!!

Husband and I stopped by to look at inventory of cars, just looking! James came out and was so nice, not pushy.. very polite! Before we knew it we were out taking a car for a test drive.. blinked and we were in a chair doing paperwork 😂 We had the best experience with James and Scott. The process was very quick, Scott knew what he was doing, you can tell he was experienced. we were out of there with our new SUV in 2 hours! So happy and grateful to James and Scott .. Thankyou

Don’t do it! Turn around. Reverse.

I need more space. Bottom line is I was lied to and they weren’t willing to make it right. Horrible Customer service I wish I could tell you everything I would need about 15 minutes of your time. People need to know the truth. They aren’t worth your time, energy or money.

Don’t do it! Reverse. Turn around.

I wish the minimum was 2500 word count for this. I had a horrible experience they lied to me and even after the fact treated me poorly . I gave them options to in order to correct the situation and they were not willing to help. The bottom line is they do not care about you .

Great staff and pleasant experience!

They just want to help you get what you want without being the typical pushy salesmen! Adrine was very helpful and personable while smiling most of the time. Ryan was excellent in getting the financing done and without being pushy at all. Both gentlemen were attentive and understanding to my concerns. I wish them well with their endeavors and I am glad we could do business together! Thank you and well done!

"No pressure sales experience"

Dan was great to work with, showed us several vehicle options and never pressured us to make a purchase. Friendly text the next day to say thanks for stopping by and to offer his services to help us find the right vehicle for us. We stopped by again after several days and met with Dan about a Suburban we liked. Simple negotiation on price and closed the deal. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Will definitely give them a shot on my next vehicle purchase!
