This was the best buying experience iv had in many years. It reminds me of the old days when sales associates would take the time and show you every option and how it worked. It was a fun experience. Thanks to all Tony,Ernesto and Dan. Great job.

I hate car shopping.....But Automax made it an AMAZING experience. My daughter and I went to look at vehicles. We are two very strong willed and opinionated women. Josh and Jessie our sales men were awesome. They were patient with our numerous questions and wanting to test drive every vehicle there. Oh yeah and did I mention it was raining and they never once complained or got annoyed having to keep going out in the rain to get another vehicle. After hours and several vehicles we finally decide. Then it’s off to Finance. Dan was absolutely amazing. He worked with us for 2 days to get us a payment and interest rate we could all agree on. Also a huge thank you to Kayla also for taking our call every 30 minutes while we were working the deal with Finance. Any other dealership would of gave up on us but they never did. I can not thank Dan, Josh, Jessie, Kayla or Automax enough. We love our vehicles and Automax has customers for life.

I would like to Thank Tammy in Sales, Cecil the Manager and Joe in finance. For a AWESOME job! I have been wanting to own a truck for years Everyone kept telling me NO cause I owned a SUV with up-size value. Despite a few hiccups, dealing with the sales and finance portion of this dealership was easy and virtually stress free. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We don't know if it was destiny or coincidence, but (unknowingly) we initiated our experience with Auto Max Ocala as a result of an accident which occurred adjacent to their location. On that fateful day, we were introduced to Tammy! She was the perfect balance of calm and supportive. She was genuinely concerned about the welfare and safety of my wife and daughter. After the dust settled and the air cleared, Tammy was there with us the during the entire process of getting back into the driver's seat and getting back on the road. I have to say that there were so many options of makes and models of vehicles available during our search. It wasn't an easy decision. Regardless, Tammy remained patient as we reviewed, inquired, and test drove several vehicles during our search. My hat off to Tammy and the rest of the staff as they did everything within their power to ensure that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you Auto Max. We will probably see you again in the near future for car #2.

This was by far the best car shopping experience i have ever had. Our salesman, Jessie Smith was very professional and not pushy at all. We love our new Silverado and will recommend Automax to everyone we know!
