Great experience, no one pushed us to anything at all. Very patient let us look at numerous vehicles before we test drove one finally and decided that was the vehicle for us. Rich wood was our salesman he was great and Joe was our finance guy who also made everything extremely easy for us with no guess work! Thank y’all for such a good experience!

We had a fantastic time shopping for a new to us car at AutoMax Ocala. Our salesman, Ernesto was amazing! We looked at almost every SUV on the lot and really got a feel for each one to help us make our decision. Once we chose the SUV, he worked magic to get us the best deal possible! Dan, our finance guy was a miracle worker as well! I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at AutoMax Ocala.

Our salesperson Adrine Collins was the nicest, most conscientious person. Answered all our questions & really treated us well. We bought our car in about 1 1/2 hrs. Auto Max was great.

I came to look at the car I wanted and walked away with it within 2 hours! It was overall an easy experience for being my first car purchase.

I searched online Before coming & decided to call ahead. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted by a number of friendly faces. I informed them that I had already talk to Allen on the phone. They proceeded to contact him. He introduced himself and showed us around. We looked at at least 10 vehicles before deciding to drive 3 of them. Allen was very knowledgeable & relaxed. He wasn’t pushy but was nearby whenever we had a question. It was a great experience.

After a lot of research on the vehicle we wanted, we went to many dealterships searching. We had been made very good offers. We decided to try one more place before making a decision, and we are so glad we stopped by Automax of Ocala. Tammy Cullison was friendly and knowledgeable, very efficient. Dan Caputo was very knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. Cecil Ubide made us the deal of the century and we are so grateful to him and all the staff. Very accommodating. Excellent service, I have bought previously there , and the service was exceptional. Tammy was very efficient with her knowledge and commitment to get my daughter in the right car , from safety to style to price. Financing was explained by Scott and was no pressure to choose the correct plan for us.
