This was one of the best experiences buying a truck I have ever had. Sales associate was quick and answered all my questions. Finance manager and sales associate was absolutely amazing, they helped me so much I was amazed. Went to several other dealerships around town and didn’t get anywhere with my truck or working a deal. If you’re looking to buy I would come to automax and get your next dream vehicle with expertise experience!

As soon as I walked in I was treated like royalty . When it came down to the decision making , I was given the time to truly think about which vehicle I wanted . At the end of the day I got the car I dreamed of . Awesome service all in all and awesome people ! Would recommend to others !

At first they seem to care and be professional but once you say your interested all they care about is how much your putting down and to get you into finance office , the small talk and personal questions stop then it's all of a sudden are you leaving with the car today how much are you willing to give us...ect,.... car was covered in pollen and not washed just watered down and the was still fingerprints on the console and dash from 3 days before when I test drove the vehicle. Sales man called to ask if I could get it a certain day I said I will be able to the next day and got hung up on by the sales person.

They had the vehicle I wanted, we bricked on price for my vehicle, we made a deal, I'm happy.

The salesman I dealt with was great but besides that you sold me a broken vehicle. What a surprise considering this is my 4th and last purchase with Automax, after immediately telling Rayshawn what was going on when he called me the following day after purchase we were told to take it to Pearson Nissan, they told us they couldn't hear the noise the truck I was sold was making. I told Issac at Perason Nissan you had to get it up to 50 mph after I made him ride with me he too heard the noise and told me I had to go back to Automax and they would tell us what to do. Steven the sales manager was there and basically offered us no help besides a shop he could refer us to, when I asked if Automax would be helping take care of this problem he couldn't give me an answer. I had to take my new truck I just purchased to Don's garage and have extensive work done. Shame on Automax for not taking care of this for me in good faith. I understand the truck was sold "as is" but as a business owner myself it's unbelievable the lack of help you provided for me especially after my consistent loyalty. I can provide receipts from Don's garage if you even care.
