This was our first time going to Automax of Ocala. We had the pleasure of having an awesome Associate by the name of Cash help us out. We were looking at a truck to which we could not afford at the time, but he walked us through the vehicles that we could afford and was patient with us until we made a decision. I almost bought a car in Gainesville, but found using CarGurus that the same color, make and model with less mileage, more features and same price at Automax on CarGurus. Talked to Mark, who was super nice and checked the car's condition for me before I made the 45 minute drive. When I got there he was busy with another customer and referred me to Cash to help me out. That, in itself, is amazing. Dealerships that work with commission sales have you wait until the person you first talked to is available, but in their case they aren't working for commission, just want the buyer to find the right vehicle. Cash showed me the car, explained the features and led me through the buying process. I haven't purchased a car in many years, so I truly appreciated his professionalism and lack of pressure. Frank, the finance manager was also fantastic. Even though they were nearly at closing time he did not rush through the paperwork, but carefully explained everything to me. I can't say enough good things about the truly wonderful service I received. Mark, Cash and Frank - thank you so much. I love my new-to-me Nissan Pathfinder!
