Automax of Ocala

I bought a 2014 Lexus ES35o from Automax this weekend, Ernesto Dabou, Joe Fulner, Dave and Frank were awesome. We walked in 30 minutes before closing, with a non easy deal due to issues that we needed help with and they came through again. Ernesto took his time and made sure the vehicle was perfect for us, Dave made the deal work and Joe was extremely efficient and professional in the finance office. This is the third car I have bought from them. They are a great team.

We bought a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Van from Cash Stodghill. Got a great price and the sales experience was excellent. Cash was very respectful of my time and didn't play any games. We were able to come to deal in 15 minutes. Got a fair price for my trade-in and everything went very smoothly. I would rather go to the dentist than go in and buy a car, but Cash was very respectful and the Auto Max people made it very fair and painless. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and I would buy from them again.

I purchased a Dodge 1500 5.7Hemi my wife and I love this truck. Auto max has the best selection of cars and trucks in ocala.we have looked for trucks at other dealer ships ,but I was not satisfied with the sales approach, at the other car lots in town . Jim Hefflin was my sales rep . Jim took time listening to my things in a truck ,not pushy like lots of sales men. As I was in outside sales for 25 plus yrs and surely no what's going on .to sum it up JoAnn and I was satisfied with Jim and his experience in handling customers. Our sales associate was Ryan Frazier. He was the most polite, wonderful, and optimistic sales associate I've ever dealt with. We originally went in to see how much it's worth to trade in my daughters Mitsubishi Galant and ended up driving off the lot in a 2010 Acura TSX. She was so happy and it's all thanks to Ryan and staff. He was as kind and helpful as could be and I wouldn't go any where else to buy a new/use car.
