Automax of Ocala

My wife & I have been doing business with Auto Max of Ocala since 2004 when we first moved here. We have purchased numerous cars from them and also brought in other people to buy there. It's always a pleasure and very convenient to deal with them. There is no hazzle or bickering with what you're getting and the prices that you are paying. Most of the time we do trade-ins and always feel like we're getting the most for our trade-in without the worries. This time we dealt with the saleman, Randy Turner, and he was a delight and knew his business. The only wait was the amount of time it took to complete the paperwork, but that's not Auto Max's fault. It is just a cumbersome process, but the financial agent, Frank Bradley, made it seem so smooth taking us through the process. We will definitely deal with Auto Max again. Thanks Cecil for starting us off over 12 years ago.

Kris Smith at Automax did a fantastic job helping me get into the car that I wanted to be in. He and everyone at Automax worked with me, stayed late, and jumped through hoops just so I got my car. Fantastic place to be if you want or need to get a new vehicle. 10/10.

I had an awesome experience with the salesman, Mark Travis. He walked right up and began a friendly conversation about who I was and what the dealership had to offer me. I have visited other dealerships and really did not car for the atmosphere; however, at AutoMax, the atmosphere was totally different - to my surprise. I had searched for a while for the right vehicle for me and found it on the AutoMax website. I only had intentions of viewing the vehicle; however, I felt so comfortable with Mark that I said yes to the deal - everything worked out fine and I am driving my desired vehicle. Please do not let me forget about the finance manager, Scott Dippolito, who did an awesome job with the financing part of the transaction - very pleasant and personable. From my previous experience, O expected to be at the dealership for hours; however, to my surprise (again), I was leaving in my new vehicle in no time. Hats off the AutoMax - great experience

Had a great experience purchasing a Ford F150 from Brandon Rodriguez and the AutoMax team. I was impressed that they did not play they typical dealer games and I got a fair deal on my trade and purchase. I would make the drive to purchase a vehicle from AutoMax again.
