I had my first experience at AutoMax yesterday and it won't be my last. Ashley made it incredibly easy through the whole process. I let her know what our family was needing for this stage in life and there was no argument, no trying to get me to look at other vehicles, and no pressure. She showed me the exact car I asked about and I fell in love. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. I'm impressed with her friendly and courteous manner! Not to leave Joe out either, Joe was our "paper work fella". He was kind and personable to myself, husband and small boys. This facility is a fantastic establishment to do business with. I am highly pleased with the customer service I have received by a woman named Ashley. She was very kind, not too pushy as most car dealers are. She showed me around the lot in a comfortable manner and I didn't feel forced to do anything.
