Automax of Ocala

I was treated very well. I was allowed to bring two cars home to show my wife because she was taking care of our grand baby. Everything went well and I bought one of the vehicles. I would recommend automax and Dan Gallagher to others when looking for a used vehicle. My experience was pleasant.

To say I hate the car buying process is an understatement but my recent purchase at AutoMax was not just pleasant but actually fun. Their sales associate, Zac Goldberg is excellent. He was very informative, giving me the information I needed to make an intelligent choice. Especially important to me, he let me take my time....no pressure! I would highly recommend Mr. Goldberg and AutoMax to anyone looking for a good clean pre-owned vehicle.

Dan was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. The whole process was very quick and easy. Auto Max worked to get us the best deal possible, and we are very happy with the outcome. I will definitely be back for future purchases, and I highly recommend them.

I first got my car back in September of 2014 and at the time I was very busy with work and school and I was unable to have the prop for my hood replaced and a small chip in the windshield filled. I finally convinced myself to go over there again since I needed some other maintenance done. When I got there my salesman that originally sold me the car was very busy however did still take the time to answer some of my questions and set up a time for me to come and have the work done. When the date to go get the windshield fixed and hood prop replaced came, he walked right over and gave me a high-five and took the car over to Nissan to get the prop replaced (however they were on back order and I would have to return Thursday to have it put in) and he also had the windshield man who was also very pleasant fix my chip on the spot which only took five minutes. Its nice to know they continue to take care of their customers even after a year.

We purchased our first vehichle from Automax and had a great experinece. We met Tammy and she was great. She was very detailed and explained everything to us. They really made it work. She made us feel like she really care about finding the right can and not just making another sale. We would definetly recommend Tammy and looking forward to going back to purchase our second vehichle.

My husband and I were recently in an auto accident. While vacationing in tennesse we were told about automax. Not only where they super friendly, Tammy Cullison, got us what we wanted and in our price range. We have never got this kind of service from any dealer like we did with her at automax. Ashley was great. No pressure, she made the buying experience easy, simple, and the price was great. If you need a car, go to AutoMax of Ocala and ask for Ashley. We drove 3 hrs to get there and left with a 2015 Ford F150. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had.
