Cash was super helpful from the beginning. He helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs and was so in tune with things that I got my pathfinder before it ever hit the lot. Working with the guys at Automax was super easy and an actually pleasant experience. They definitely live up to all the things they say.

Looked at a car on the website. Then went over on 9/18/15 to take a physical look at the vehicle. Linny Bolf got the keys for us right away and we loved the car. On 9/19/15 I went back and we met with James Cohen. This young man did a tremendous job! He knew the specs of this mustang like the back of his hand. Let us test drive the car, and I fell in love with it even more. He got all of the paper done in a flash and very professional. Believe it or not..we were in and out of the dealership in roughly 1 hour. Our Finance rep Dan was great too!

I started using Auto Max in Ocala Fl. in 2013 when I bought a vehicle from them. My first experience wasn't the best car buying experience I've had. Me being young, I jumped into a car I hated. Yesterday, I decided to go back to Auto Max to trade in my car I recently bought. I teamed up with Dan. I told him my budget and what I needed/wanted in a car. After a few cars we decided to go get the keys to a few so I could test drive them. At this point I was all alone with this purchase but I didn't feel alone at all. His experience from years of car sales showed and he was really on top of his knowledge about the vehicles he shared with me. After a few hours, I drove home in a brand new jeep! He never once made me feel pressured & I never once sensed that he was annoyed with me. (As I am VERY picky) I've been to numerous car lots but have never felt so comfortable with a member of the sales team! I am very thankful for Auto Max & especially Dan! He never pointed me into the wrong direction and over all my experience was a 10 out of 10.

This is the first time I purchased a Vehicle in 10 years and I am so glad to have the excellent experience of Automax of Ocala. Ryan and Joel are the best. Patient and knowledgeable. Even the Financing was simple and quick. Would definitely send family and friends to find their new car.

I don't like going to car dealerships much because they are usually pushy and make it obvious they only want your money....not Automax! Sales Rep Randy listened to what I was looking for and did not try to push higher priced vehicles on me. It was a comfortable and smooth experience. No hassles.

I am 76 years old and have purchased a number of cars over the years. My previous buying experience for cars often centered around four hours of showroom nonsense and jibberish and rude sales managers anxious to close the deal. This time it was totally different. I selected the car I wanted with the help of my salesman, Joel Tomlinson, and we sat down and worked out a deal that was acceptable. NO pressure - just intelligent answers to my questions. It was great. We concluded the deal, and in less than two hours, I was on my way home in my new car, Good job, Joel, Way to go AutoMax!
