We recently purchased a 2014 Camaro from Ernesto Daboub at Auto Max of Ocala and are thrilled with the car. The no hassle type of sales we experienced made our decision so much easier. The sales people were very pleasant and not pressuring for a sale. We looked at 2 different vehicles and were left to ?our own judgment? on which vehicle was best for us. We were not sure of the car that we wanted to buy when we got to Auto Max, but with their vast selection of vehicles we didn?t have to go any further. WE were able to test drive any or as many cars as we wanted with no pressure to buy. We narrowed it down to 2 cars, sat down with Erny and he showed us the price and bottom line. The price was less than ever expected and the warranty it came with was even more shocking. I am a first time loan vehicle buyer. I must say I was introduced to Mr. J. Tomlinson through a friend so I was a little nervous being a female walking into a dealership, I felt comfortable, I was at ease and all my questions answered. I didn't g feel like I was Cornered not harassed, every question was answered and I wasn't rushed into choosing what I looking for. With that said the next one will again be bought at Auto Max and Mr. J Tomlinson is the man!

He was very friendly and made the experience really enjoyable. The whole buying process was fast and easy and I never felt pressured to make any decisions. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price and would return in the future to buy another vehicle.

This review is concerning my recent visit to AutoMax of Ocala. I was promptly greeted by a salesman named BERTRAND IVEY he asked me what was my vehicle of choice then he showed me a couple of different vehicles then he invited me inside to see what he could do to assist me in getting the vehicle i wanted. upon entering the building i noticed that the facility was nice and clean. one of my pet peaves is a clean restroom which i visited while i was there it was very clean and sanitary. I think MR. IVEY is a very considerate and professional salesperson he worked very hard to get me the vehicle i wanted although i couldnt get exactly what i wanted with the assistance and knowledge of MR. BERTRAND IVEY I am very well pleased with the vehicle i did get.

My husband and I recently traded our family vehicle for a new one at Automax. We worked with Mark Travis, and he helped us get into the vehicle we wanted and needed. We mostly appreciated that Mark wasn't "salesman-like" or pushy, we knew which vehicles we were interested in and he simply presented us with the best vehicle choice for us, the numbers, and the facts, and Daniel worked with us very well on our trade, getting us into the SUV we needed at the monthly payment we needed. David in Finance and Daniel also did the work necessary to hunt us the Credit Union and interest rates we felt fit us best. After purchasing the vehicle and finding a minor mechanical issue (as it happens when purchasing used vehicles), I called Mark and without hesitation he simply said, "bring it back in and we'll fix it right up!" This was probably the easiest, fastest, least 'painful' car purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had! We would recommend Automax to any and everyone.

We have driven by this place several times, but never stopped. Clyde decided he wanted to stop and see what they had for a second vehicle.Dan came out and helped us by explaining what was on the lot in our price range and then took us inside where it was very comfortable and clean. We went to see the car we decided we were interested in. Dan was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork to be ready.

My husband and I just bought a truck here. I can't complain about the sales process. Everything went smooth. We weren't there long at all. We had a sales associate named Ernest. He asked us what we wanted, and when there wasn't a truck on the lot that we wanted, he took us to another lot that Automax is using. There we found the truck we ended up buying. The truck was nice. The financing process was quick. Everything was explained to us. I would have to say the only part of the process we were unhappy with was the final detailing of the vehicle. It took a long time for the truck to be detailed before we took it home. I feel we waited a long time for the truck to be finished. When the truck was finished, I have to say it was beautiful. So all in all my husband and I are very happy with the truck. I would definitely tell a friend about Automax and Ernest.
