We had a very enjoyable experience with Kris Smith who made our buying process comfortable and professional. Kris had a vast knowledge of the Dodge Ram truck I purchased and even helped me set up my phone to communicate via bluetooth through my trucks audio system. We recently bought a one year old SUV at Automax of Ocala. We were greeted by Mark Travis as soon as we arrived. We were planning on just looking and not buying so my first thought was oh no here we go with the high pressure. To our surprise there was no pressure and we almost felt that we had an old friend guiding us through the process. We are very happy with our experiance.

This was my second car purchase with AutoMax and I am still satisfied. I like the no hassle environment and the helpfulness of the sales staff.

Auto Max was great to deal with when purchasing my car. Joel was a great sales guy and done everything he could to get us in the car. We had a problem with the rear bumper two days after we got the car. They agreed to replace the bumper. We made five trips to Ocala to get the paint correctly colored and it never got repainted the correct color. I am very disappointed that I have a brand new car that has a completely different color bumper on it now. I was basically told to deal with it, even though I had a body shop that said they could match the paint better, they refused to pay the price to have it fixed. Tony is the worst general manager that I have ever dealt with and was very rude toward the end of our battle with them over the car. I will never purchase another car from them, customer service should be at the top of the list but Auto Max doesn't seem to care if a customer is unhappy.

I have never experience such pleasant sales from a dealership. My husband and I went there Automax in Ocala,Fl looking for a new or used vehicle no more than 2-3 years old was greeted by Randy Turner an Awesome salesman. He allowed us to move around at our pace without hounding us. He was very patience and very attentive. We told him what we was looking for he allowed us to try out several different cars and we decided on a 2013 dodge charger which we really love. And the time it took for us to get in and out felt like less than an hour. We had our kids and they played with Legos and watched a movie while we did the closing work so there was no hassle from them. Our over all experience was awesome, quick and very helpful. We would recommend this dealer and Randy Turner to all our friends.
