I really enjoyed the process all the way through! Right from the moment we stepped onto the lot. We were welcomed by knowledgable and friendly staff. Rob and Joel were both very patient and were willing to work with us through our indecisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the finance office with Dennis who kept me laughing all the way through! We looked at quite a few cars; test drove them, looked up the numbers and finally decided on an awesome Hyundai Sonata! It had great milage and was beautifully detailed. After checking Kelly Blue Book and Emunds the price we got was the low end of the range! To sum it up... Great staff... Great Cars... Great service!

After three long weeks of searching for the right car and negotiating with several different dealerships, we finally found what we were looking for. James and Mark were the two salesmen that worked with us. Both were highly knowledgable, upfront, and honest. They both worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Thank you.

I went to Automax with the intention of buying a car and I did, no thanks to Salesman Ryan Frazier. He was less than interested in the sale and only went through the paces as if he were bored and had some where else to be. As it turned out he was late for a dinner engagement. I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse. There are so many bells and whistles on this car, I needed help trying to program the car radio. His response when asked was he wasn't sure how and to check the book. (Good response). I gave up and took the car home and brought it back on the weekend in hopes of having someone explain the vehicles' operation to me. Rob Mancuso, another salesman was asked to help me out. He answered every question and researched what he didn't know so I would get the right answers. I learned so much from Mancuso. He is truely an asset to Automax. Two days later I turned the car over to Frazier for a few minor repairs, get the full tank of gas I was promised and have it detailed as was promised. When It was delivered, the tank was full and the repair made but the detailling lacked much. The windows had fingerprints on them and the dash was not wiped down at all. Automax has great prices and there are several really good salesmen on staff. But my first impression of the dealership was less than favorable.

I had previously worked with Mark when helping my son to purchase a car and felt that he and Automax had treated me right so when it came time to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, Mark was unavailable but asked James to help us. James was very knowledgable and understanding. He worked to make this process as stress free as possible for us. He listened to what we wanted and what we could afford. As a result we purchased a great first time car for my daughter. Thanks to both Mark and James Cohen! When the time comes for me to purchase a new car, I'll be calling them.

Thanks to Ryan Frazier and Scott Dippolito,our car buying experience was great!!!!! It started with Ryan meeting us out on the lot and asking us what we were interested in I kiddingly said we(My boyfriend and I) would actually like to get 2 vehicles and that's exactly what we got!!!! Between Ryan and Scott(and I am sure a few other people),they made it happen!!!!! Ryan and Scott were the only guys we talked with personally and they both were very friendly and made everything go quickly and we couldn't have been happier!!!!And to think we just went in to look,didnt even think we would leave with one new car let alone two!!!!

My wife and i were looking for a new family vehicle and we had been searching online for weeks for what might be best for us. Ryan met us in the car lot with a smile and a friendly greeting. In no time we had gotten a good look at the cars we had been researching and Ryan did a great job helping us narrow it down to our nice new Ford Fusion. We came to Auto Max Ocala to see a specific vehicle listed on their internet site - a 2014 Buick Enclave. Joel Tomlinson met us in the parking lot and showed us the Buick, a beautiful SUV we had been searching for . Joel was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle. I was pleased with the "no haggle" pricing as I had researched prices before we came in. We purchased the vehicle and Joel took all the time we needed to explain all the features and settings. It was a pleasant experience.

Thanks to the dynamic duo of James Cohen and Joel Tomlinson we found our beautiful 2013 Chrysler 300. These two gentlemen were very informative and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was refreshing to see such professionalism at work. A Plus!!!
